Beachfront Aetheria House enjoys an exceptional position just across the quiet seaside road from the enchanting harbour of Fiskardo, one of Kefalonia’s most picturesque and sought-after destinations. Within a short seven-minute walk, guests can explore the waterfront lined with elegant tavernas, boutique shops, and lively cafés, yet return to the calm retreat of the house to enjoy the gentle sounds of the sea. The beautiful pebble beach of Kaminakia Bay lies only moments away, offering a peaceful spot for swimming in crystal-clear waters.



The property combines the charm of traditional island living with modern comforts, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends seeking a serene coastal escape. The spacious interiors feature a bright open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. Air conditioning throughout ensures comfort, while large picture windows fill the space with natural light and frame spectacular views over Fiskardo Bay, the Venetian lighthouse, and the neighbouring islands of Ithaca, Lefkas, and Meganisi.



Two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) provide accommodation for up to four guests. Outside, two furnished verandas invite relaxed al fresco dining and tranquil mornings watching boats glide across the turquoise sea. The house also includes a washing machine and children’s high chair, making it particularly suitable for families.



Guests are kindly advised that parties and pets are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00 to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A refundable damage deposit of €300 applies, payable according to the property’s damage policy.



For families travelling with infants, one cot can be provided free of charge on request and is subject to availability. There are no additional staff services at the property; however, local assistance and housekeeping are available prior to arrival and after departure to ensure a comfortable stay.
