« The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great. »

"Hotel très pratique et plutôt confortable. Idéalement placé à côté d’une station. J’ai à peine vue le personnel si ce n’est ceux du Lawson. Hotel bien équipé mais leur sèche linge dans leur laverie n’est vraiment pas efficace (deux cycles et les vêtements étaient encore mouillés)"

"this is a huge hotel. it is difficult to figure things out - how to get to breakfast, how to go to the onsen. you can't check in before three in the afternoon without paying a surcharge. generally a bit difficult to navigate but at least convenient and connected to the airport for an early morning flight. room was ok. onsen was nice but how to use it was confusing. "

"La chambre était rangée tous les jours, propre et les essais changés. Le personnel était au petit soin. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. La chambre est très bien équipé et d’une taille suffisante comparée aux autres logements de la région. De plus, l’hôtel est idéalement situé !"
