3 bedroom seaview apartment /Ground floor/

This property is 3 minutes walk from the beach. Located in the Ikantalaka Resort, set between Balchik and Kavarna, Apartments Villa Romana offers air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi. An outdoor seasonal pool and a fitness centre are provided free of charge. Free private parking is possible on site.

Each apartment is equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven, TV and air conditioning in every room.
The space
The apartment is spacious and well-planned and has an open fantastic sea view from the big terrace on the second floor. There you can also find table with 6 chairs and a clothes dryer..
There is also a small terrace on the back of the property .
Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen accessories, oven,2 plate cooker and washing machine. There is also big fridge with frost camera.
There is also 42 inch Smart tv and private WIFI.
The apartment is 5 min walk to two little shops and about 6-7 mins walk from the st- George beach..

Please note if you requere to use the barbecue i have to be informed in advance.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in Holiday Club Villa Romana but we are separate from them.
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
My cleaner will clean the property and change the towels and linens 2 times a week.
If you want additional cleaning please let me know and i will try to sort it out.
