« Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. « The house is wonderful and Tunnels Beach, just a few minutes away, is totally incredible! The house is spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The deck is a great place to hang out between trips to the beach, and the AC cooled us down quickly when we got a little too warm. The house felt very private. « We had 8 of us, ages 2-65. This home was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have space with great areas to gather. The house could not have been better stocked with beach gear, baby gear, spices and cookware, paper goods etc. A great place to prepare a family meal. « The property in Princeville was the most beautiful rental we have ever stayed in. Floor to ceiling windows greeted us as we walked in the front door, staring out at the ocean. « Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai. »

« Perfect place for my Mom (91). Sis and myself . We were able to walk to the beach and to town and were just blocks from my daughters and their families. It was clean and beds were comfortable. I would suggest some minor upgrades ( bathroom needs some updating ). A place to sit in the yard would also be a nice addition. Overall, a good stay and would stay again. »

« As i had a bad back, i had a downstairs unit. It was easy for me to move about. Loved the chicken's and birds on the grounds. Got help with me luggage. The pull-out couch in the living room was hard to sleep on. Very lumpy. In the folder you suppled for information You should have the phone # for the front desk on the first psge in the booklet.
