« Appartement tout neuf et très bien situé. Il est également très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Machine à laver et lave vaisselle ont été grandement appréciés. Le petit + : un parking privé fermé à clé. Le petit - : absence de terrasse. Nous avons palié à ce manque en étendant notre linge sur le parking privé, ce qui etait une très bonne alternative. L'hôte était sympathique et disponible. »

« This was exactly what we needed for our one night in Split. The property seems at first like it might be in an odd location, but its only a block from the beach (with a cocktail lounge seaside), a small convenience store across the street & walkable restaurants. The room was bright & clean & in the midst of a reno. Its going to be really beautiful when completed!The host was very accommodating with our seemingly endless changes with our airline. »

I booked a different property. 2 months later it was still in my reservation list, the owner never canceled my reservation with Expedia. « The apartment was clean though a bit smaller than it looks in photos. I would have given a much higher rating but there was a sewer issue which the owner said was a city issue they couldn’t do anything about. The smell was so horrendous I couldn’t go into the bathroom without feeling nauseous. We tried keeping the bathroom door closed and stuffing towels under the door but the smell was still noxious.
