The Comfort Double Room (25m² | TOP 1) features a cozy bedroom with a separate sofa and a modernly designed bathroom.



A continental buffet breakfast with local specialties, freshly prepared by our staff in the chalet every day (price: € 15.00 per person/night), is optionally bookable and not obligatorily included in the price.



Our self-service bar is stocked with the most common non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages – special drink requests are welcome before arrival and will be arranged by the day of arrival. Lots of wood, fine fabrics (by Karl Weber Interior Design on site), and a warm color scheme give the chalet a touch of alpine coziness – combined with a modern, urban touch.



No compromises were made in the furnishing and equipment: solid wood furniture, first-class innerspring beds, Sonos sound system in the living areas, and much more! The spacious sun terrace offers a great view of the imposing mountain scenery framing the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Strength, expansiveness, tranquility – here you will find a beautiful place to linger.



A 25m² large sun umbrella and a heater for cooler evenings provide pleasant comfort. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax and is equipped with solid wood furniture, as well as lounge and sun chairs.



In the fireplace room, a large electric fireplace provides cozy evenings. If it gets late, you will find everything you need for sociable and philosophical hours in our cozy basement bar.



WiFi in all areas and a free parking space right in front of the house are included.
