« Nun, bereits 3 oder 4 mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen, es hat sich nichts zu den Vorjahren geändert. Leider war es dieses Jahr recht kurzfristig als wir buchten, Sie wissen schon, Corona. Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit sind kein Thema. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit. Als Schlafplatz ist es ganz ok, aber wehe es ist mal ein Regentag. Aber Entspannung zählte! »

« Gut ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Für uns als kleine Familie (2 Erwachsene, 3 jähriges Kind) war die Wohnung optimal. Die Vermieterin konnte ausreichend gut deutsch und wohnt in der Wohnung darunter. Aufkommende Fragen konnten so leicht und schnell geklärt werden. Der Balkon ist sehr praktisch zum Handtücher und Badesachen trocknen (Gestell vorhanden). Normale Handtücher sind entgegen der Beschreibung vorhanden.Wir kommen gern in den nächsten Jahren nochmal wieder. »

« Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie für 9 Nächte in dieser Wohnung und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung hatte sehr viel Platz und eine sehr durchdachte Zimmeraufteilung. Wir haben gern auf der geräumigen Terrasse gesessen. Auch in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Wenn wir wieder einmal an den Balaton fahren, würden wir die Wohnung erneut buchen. Vielen Dank »

"​A very contrasting stay for a 4-star establishment. ​ The Pros: Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent. ​The Cons: ​Mediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using. ​Customer Service (Dec 23rd): The attitude of the male receptionist on duty the morning of my departure was deplorable. I asked for assistance with the luggage storage, but his reception was icy. Despite my greetings and repeated thanks, he remained completely silent and unfriendly. Such a lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable."
