« My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return! »

« Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again. »

« B1001 was outstanding! The view is amazing with the ocean and mountains. Sunset is stunning and worth taking pictures. I’ve stayed at 8 different villas and enjoy this beach village. « We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We had a fantastic Lanai overlooking the ocean. The three bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen and living room provided ample space for cooking eating and just hanging out. Having the laundry and 2 zone AC was a plus. Our host Renu always promptly replied when we had any questions or concerns and always made us feel right at home. Our only regret was we didn't stay longer. Thank you Renu. « This lovely & peaceful Coconut Villa property was perfect for our family of five. The home, along with the amenities exceeded our expectations. The beautiful Ko 'Olina beaches were just a short walk. This was a major plus; as beach parking is extremely limited. Our granddaughter also loved going to the pool. « We enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations of the facility are excellent with the 2 pools, gym and access to the lagoon. We enjoyed walking the board walk each morning and listening to music at the small outdoor bar. There is a wonderful family atmosphere. The unit itself was comfortable for the 4 of us. »

« Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. « We love the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. We've been looking at staying at this condo the last two times we were in Ko Olina and finally did it. It's going to be hard staying anywhere else now! Alfred was so wonderful communicating with us before our trip. The condo was pristine, with books and puzzles for the kids. There was a basket of any beach accessory you could need. We watched whales while we sipped coffee every morning. Sun tanned on one deck and enjoyed some shady relief on the other....

« I can't say enough about how perfect this 3 bedroom villa was for our family vacation. We were a group of 6 with ages ranging from 16-62. There was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with little niceties like shampoo, soap, and tons of towels. The lanai is beautiful and so relaxing. « We had a great stay at the Beach Villas - the resort is so wonderful. Only comments for this particular villa for future guests is we never received the remote for a TV that we mentioned was broken. It was taken by the onsite manager to no resolve, so as a guest, make sure all the equipment works during walkthrough. The hideabed is perhaps rusty as it would lock up easily and as an older couple, we had to ask for maintenance to come help open it - might be time to get a new one. The pillows for...

« The Beach Villas condos are a beautiful property. The units are very well built, with deluxe amenities. This is our second time staying at The Beach Villas. We are impressed with the privacy of the units and there is no noise from neighbors. The units have everything you need from cooking convenience to beach supplies. The pools and hot tubs are well maintained and the lagoon and beach are just steps away. Whether you are booking a family vacation or trip for two, I highly staying here. »

« We loved our stay regardless of a couple hiccups. Our Wi-Fi/internet wasn’t working til the next afternoon after checking in and the floors didn’t seem very clean, but the greeter let us in the unit while the housekeeping was cleaning. I think the housekeeper didn’t want to bother us so she hurriedly cleaned up. Also, the washer/dryer was fairly small, but did the job as we did several loads of wash. The nice thing about this place is the koi pond where they let people feed the koi twice daily...
