The living room seamlessly flows directly outdoors to the large, covered lanai. Looking seaward, guests are treated to sweeping ocean views of the neighboring island of Moloka’i all the way up the Kapalua coastline to the iconic surf spot, Honolua Bay. During the winter months of whale watching season, guests have some of the best seats in the house to witness the humpback whales as they splash about in the sparkling waters just beyond. This beautiful outdoor living space offers seating for four and is the perfect location to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee for morning sunrises, or tropical cocktails and “pupus” in the evening hours.







The remodeled chef’s kitchen sits adjacent to the living room and comes equipped with the highest quality appliances and finishes, extensive counter space and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for two. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance your culinary endeavors. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove, oven, Bosh freezer/refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave, a sink with disposal, All Clad cookware, and of course –ocean views! The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare and serve the finest of meals.
