Incredible Experience

This is one of my favorite places to go in the world due to the absolutely breathtaking views and overall just relaxing atmosphere, hearing the waves every morning. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for one of the best locations on the Island to stay!

First tim on Maui

Bay Villas in Kapalua is a perfect spot for anyone wanting to visit Maui. Perfect location and out unit 26B1 was outstanding for a couple. We will certainly be back.

Incredible Property

Villa, location, scenery … outstanding! View is mesmerizing, and there were tons of whale sightings every day (and many rainbows!). Villa is upscale and first class in every sense. We could not have chosen a better place to spend a week on Maui.

Maui's best view.

Great spot. Centrally located in Kapalua. The view is amazing. Watch the waves hit the rock right below the balcony. Local restaurants all walkable, and the coastal trail is right below the unit. Would come back for another great vacation.

Wow, wow, and wow some more!

We have stayed at various units at Kapalua Bay and this is one exceeded our expectations. The view in this unit is spectacular. Pride of ownership can be seen throughout the place. The unit was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Reservation with KBM was easy and they were super responsive. I will definitely try and reserve this unit again the next time I’m in Maui. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Kapalua Bay Villa experience

Our stay at KBM Villa was absolutely magical! The panoramic ocean view from our lanai were breathtaking! Our villa was situated in a setting that was truly center stage. This was evident by all of the coastal cliff walkers who looked our way with "thumbs up" and smiles. The villa itself was impeccably clean and luxuriously appointed. After shopping in Wailea/Makawao/Paia, I recognized similar high end interior finishes in our villa. The owners did an amazing job decorating and spared no cost with high end kitchen appliances. I would encourage anybody interested in staying in Kapalua area to consider this villa...you will thank me from afar! Mahalo!

Property was perfect. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. Felt like home away from home while still having some of the amenities of a resort. Very high end. Short jaunt to Whalers Village and Lahaina where we went frequently for meals and shopping. Accessible to beautiful sites and highways. Would definitely come back and wish I was still there!

We’ve stayed at the Kapalua Bay Villas at least 5 times prior to this visit. This was the best unit we’ve stayed and the best experience we have had. KBM communicated well every step of the way until check out. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our stay was completely hassle free but best of all, the unit was fabulous and had great amenities.

This condo lives up to it’s 5 star reviews! It is very well appointed, everything that you could possibly need is supplied, including an air fryer, beach towels and chairs. The location is excellent, with great views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing! There is even a telescope so you can better watch the whales going by. I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back.

Kapalua Bay Villa

This was one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed at! The views are incredible. We saw whales breaching right from the windows every day! The property was clean and exactly as pictured- modern, beautifully decorated and remodeled. The Kapalua coastal trail is very easily accessible and goes directly in front of the unit, but we never felt the area to be too crowded or busy. Easy drive to small general store and groceries and there are many restaurants in the Kapalua area. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This villa is amazing! My husband and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and couldn’t have picked a nicer spot. The views as soon as you walk in are breathtaking (the back side is all glass). There are no condos in front of this one, so nothing obstructs the view. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves crash on the cliffs below. The coastal trail is right below and was easy to jump right on and enjoy a beautiful morning walk each day. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores. Oneloa beach is easily accessed from the trail, and there are several others very close by (short driving distance). Kapalua is a gorgeous part of the island, and this villa was perfect!

Romantic Paradise!

We had an UNBELIEVABLE stay at this beautiful property! The pictures didn’t even do it justice. Our villa was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need from beach chairs, pickle ball raquets, all the kitchen amenities etc. we also appreciated the special touch of the gift of chocolates & coffee! The view of the ocean was breathtaking, steps from many beautiful swimmable beaches. Amazing restaurants nearby as well as easy access to pools and tennis courts! I can’t say enjoy about our stay here. We treated ourselves for our wedding anniversary and we have already decided to return! Thank-you for making this trip a memory we won’t forget! This was a vacation paradise!
