DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Do not rent from this company. These people are liars! Before we booked this place we asked if the air conditioner was locked down as we like the place at 67° they told us on the phone no the place is not locked down and you can turn the air air conditioner down. Once we arrived on property the temperature in there was 76°. The upstairs was 79. We called the office and they told us oh no the temperatures are set so you can’t turn them down. Will send over some fans. I said I don’t want fans I want what I’m paying for which is air conditioner. They sent a nice kid over named Manny who was very nice and attempted to get into the system to turn it down, but there was a four digit code locking the system. The Office claims they don’t know the code which I think is a bunch of crap first of all if you don’t know the code, you can reset it back to factory and reset a new code which they did not want to do, Manny was able to adjust the upstairs one, but it didn’t matter because it is so hot in the loft that the Air condition can’t even keep up. I asked the girl for compensation and she told me no she said we’re not gonna give you compensation and the owners also said no.
A note to the property management company, and the owners of this place. If you are going to spend this kind of money, you want it the way you want it not the way you want try to give it to us. I hope you rot in hell I will never ever use your company again!!! As for the cleanliness. They get an F
