The host communicated well and he was responsive to us. We loved the grounds, the pool, and the beach. It is an incredible location. The condo is getting a little tired. The carpets are stained and seemed dirty. Also the carpet is pulling up in the corners so they are a hazard. There were some stains on the bedspreads, chairs, and couch. The kitchen wares need to be updated such as the pots and pans and glassware. The regular cleaning of counters and bathrooms was very good.

We very much enjoyed our stay - walking distance to the beach, wonderful pool that is great for kids, spacious layout and very responsive hosts. The restaurant on site has limited hours but is a great bonus.

Incredible stay! We had a lovely time at our VBRO. The place was clean, spacious, and had most everything we needed. The pool was certainly a highlight, we swam in it daily no matter what adventures we went on. Richie was extremely responsive, even late at night. The location was perfect for all the adventures we went on. I would recommend having olive oil or cooking oil stocked for guests, the only thing there was peanut oil probably left over from another guest. I love that all leftover food items are used or donated. Highly recommend!

The property was perfect for a girls trip! The pool and beach were gorgeous and we were close to everything as far as shopping and restaurants and no more than an hour drive from everywhere else on the island (perfect location for day trips). The condo was clean and had everything we needed for fun in the sun! We loved our ground level location and enjoyed breakfast on the lanai each morning with the local chickens. We will definitely be back!

I loved the property facilities. Our location was good not ocean view but it was close to the pool. The condo was very nice. Only had a few issues: the handle to the freezer door was broken, couldn’t get the oven to work and a fire detector kept going off even after replacing batteries. The big plus was having a washer and dryer in condo. And the beds were super comfortable

Wonderful condo with very nice open concept. Plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids. Was a very well stocked kitchen with a great location to grocery and shopping. My daughter loved the pool slides. The pool was great and the instructions were precise on what to do. Really highly recommended.

Beautiful, peaceful resort located steps away from the ocean, amazing pool amenities, a great fitness center, and conveniently location across the street from a strip mall with a Safeway grocery store. The unit itself was nicely designed with a guest bathroom, and two en suite bathrooms with huge bathtubs and all the comforts you’ll need. The AC unit worked flawlessly, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has state of the art appliances. An in-unit washer and dryer plus all kinds of beach equipment made life easy and convenient. Overall, a great place to call home for your island getaway to Kauai!

Nice Property - Innaccurate Description - Terrible Customer Service

Unfortuantely, this was the worst part of our trip to Hawaii. We reached out to the host in the morning of check in because we hadn't heard with any instructions (all of our other places had instructions waiting in our emails). The host had asked for our names so the names of adults were provided... Crickets. We call the phone, voicemail. Text the phone, he responds and says he is on a plane and can't access VRBO. We host properties as well and I would never leave a guest without info, get on a plane, and be unable to access my platform the day they are checking in. So here is my family waiting for the host to give us access. During this time, we found our unit and realized it was not as pictured.

Beautiful resort, Older Condos

We’ve been coming here since 2006 when it first opened up and I’m almost 100% positive we stayed in this same unit about 7 years ago (assume different owners). We’ve stayed at this resort about 5 times over the years but often in different units. The unit is getting older but still clean. I shared several feedback considerations with the owner who indicated it was appreciated. We booked this one because of the two double beds in the one room, and the larger outside table for our family. It’s a ground floor with no view but a quick walk to the pool or ocean. The groundskeepers do an amazing job of upkeep and the pool and common areas are top notch…still look and feel brand new. For the cost of the units, it’s probably time to start sprucing up (I believe the resort opened maybe 2005 so it’s 20 years old…time for new furnishings, paint, carpet, furniture, etcLove this island as always! .

Wonderful Place

Had wonderful stay. Place was exactly as shown in listing and very clean. Large pool and hot tubs were so enjoyable to use. Beach was just across the lawn. Check in was easy as directed. Communication was good from host. Nice to have beach chairs and boogie board supplied. We will refer friends and return some time. Thank you!

Fabulous Location

We are a family of 5 with kids ages 12-17 years old. The location of this resort and amenities was perfect as we took 3 days to adjust to the time difference from traveling. The 2-bedroom condo unit was spacious and well-stocked. The pool area was great and the sunrises were exceptional! There is a Safeway for groceries directly across the road that is an easy walk along with a Starbucks. Each day we were also lucky enough to see a monk sea sleeping on the beach. The location of this resort was a pleasant drive to the north shore to learn to surf at Hanalei Bay. We would definitely stay again and have great memories from this part of our trip!

Beautiful Resort

My husband, his sister and her husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this lovely resort. This is a great location - beautiful beaches, nice pool and plenty of interesting shops and places to visit nearby. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything you might need. My only complaint would be the washer and dryer - they need to be replaced.
