  • Bienvenue dans notre magnifique condo avec vue sur la mer ... Kauai Kailani 305! Kauai Kailani est un complexe de condominiums au bord de l'océan qui a été entièrement rénové avec des finitions haut de gamme et élégantes. Il dispose de deux piscines, d'un parking gratuit, d'une connexion Wi-Fi et AUCUN frais d'établissement. Nous sommes une unité au dernier étage donc la vue est à couper le souffle dès le moment où vous entrez. Il y a un ascenseur dans ce bâtiment, il est donc facile de se rendre à notre unité.

Great central beachfront location

Clean beachfront condo, location perfect to explore either end of Kauai. Close to amenities such as groceries, gas, watersport rentals etc. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and views!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The ocean view was beautiful. The location was great - close to the ocean, shops and airport. It was comfortable for four adults, and we found everything we needed (coffee maker, dishes, towels, etc.) at the condo.

Great space!

Great location to travel to all parts of the island. Morning sunrises we’re amazing. While very close to the Safeway you would never know it. Boogie boards, beach towels and chairs were supplied. Super comfortable beds as well. We loved it!

Lovely view from lanai

Very quiet location even though VRBO was only a block from a shopping center with a Safeway. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and just relaxing as we enjoyed the view of the ocean. We liked the VRBO very much and the queen bed in the second sleeping area was the most comfortable bed I have slept on! It was perfect for my cousin and me

Kapaa’s Clean Condo with a View

We enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s property. Its conveniently located to all island activities, coconut marketplace, Safeway, longs drug, food trucks and is a block or two off the bike path. The 3rd floor condo has a great view of the ocean and its morning sunrises from the balcony. The kitchen has all the basics. The furniture is comfortable and the condo is clean. Having a dedicated parking spot is great. There is an elevator, air conditioning and washer/dryer if needed. The complex is quiet. It can be tough getting out of the condo parking onto the main road when theres traffic so have a little patience. We did not use the pool but families with children used it just fine. We are foodies and enjoyed the Oasis by the sea restaurant next door at Waipouli resort. Amazing food in quality, taste and presentation. Also, the Hukilau Lani at the Kauai Coast Resort was delicious. Help enhance your visit to kauai by checking access requirements for some local places (Haena state park and Kilauea light house require advance reservations to enter). Overall, we were happy with staying in this condo.

Great location and great property

This is a great unit right on the ocean. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is located in the middle of the island so you are close to everything.

Convenient Location/Amazing Ocean Views

Loved our stay here. It was in a quiet complex with convenient parking, a handy elevator, wonderful pool, and amazing ocean views. I appreciated the available beach chairs and towels--made it easy to enjoy the island.

Perfect condo!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit is comfortable and very clean. The balcony is large and relaxing to be out on with an absolutely gorgeous view! The condo and complex is quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep. The location is terrific, very convenient to amenities. This really is just the perfect vacation condo!

Great central Kauai location

We were able to easily navigate the north and south side of the island from this location. Very clean unit and property. Close to Safeway and two ABC stores as well as Kapaa village.

Beautiful location. Unit needs work.

Pros - the location is great if you want to visit the north and south shore. The balcony view of the ocean is great. It is shaded all day as it faces northeast. You see/hear the waves crashing. Amazing! It is very close to the long walking trail that is next to the ocean which is a great place for a morning run/walk/bike. Having laundry in the unit is awesome. If they added a small set of Rubbermaid containers for leftovers and beach trips, the kitchen would be well equipped (there was literally not a single storage container provided and we rent a condo (vs hotel) so we can cook). They had pool noodles and Tommy Bahama beach chairs which were great. Cons - The place needs a deep clean and a coat of paint. When we arrived there was a dirty blue sweatshirt laying on the bed and toothpaste splatter on the bathroom backsplash. The bathroom baseboards and corners of the floor were filthy and the two bathroom rugs were so dirty they were not suitable for goodwill donation so I moved them to a corner where I wouldn’t have to walk on them. The glass top stove was greasy and dirty on arrival. The rug in the kitchen and smaller bedroom seemed clean and new-ish but the rug in the living room was so filthy we rolled it up so we wouldn’t have to walk on it and the carpet in the bigger bedroom was so stained and dirty feeling that I wore sandals in the room. Additionally, there was only a single towel bar above the toilet and it didn’t fit two bath towels. We placed our towels on hangers from the closet and hung the hangers from the shower rod. It worked, but it’d be so easy to add a few towel hooks in the bathroom. The main bedroom doesn’t have a dresser or even a table or chair for you to put your clothes or suitcases on. We moved the only chair in the unit from a little desk area in the smaller room to the bigger room’s closet so we didn’t have to bend over to get things out of our suitcase on the floor. There was an issue with parking starting the first night. I phoned the host around 10 pm. She did not respond which I understood due to the time. A few days later she reached out to see how things were and I told her we were having problems with parking. She suggested we put a sign in our car indicating we were using the correct spot. When the problem persisted I called her again and she did resolve the issue with management.

Nice condo

Everything was as described. Nice and clean. The air conditioner is only in one room, but the breeze from the ocean was nice when it blew in. Close to grocery stores and tourist things.
