« I booked a suite two months in advance. However, the suite I was assigned (923) faced an internal space with ventilation pipes running through it. There was no view and almost no light. I stayed there for a week with the curtains drawn. Even worse, a portable and noisy dehumidifier was running as soon as I entered. I was stuck with a damp smell for a week. There was no possibility of changing rooms because the hotel was declared full on the day of my arrival. I would like to say to those...

« This is the best hotel so far in every single way measured in Kaohsiung. It is roomy and easy to find and virtually all taxi or uber drivers know about it, Staffs are very friendly and helpful »

« Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities »
