The owner is almost always available for communication and will help with practically everything they can. There might be just a few too many helpful messages, but I would accept that over a manager who never responds. The right area to be in a party district, but not too close that you have to fight...

Appartement très propre, climatiseur, ustensiles de cuisine à disposition, une machine à café Nespresso et une bouilloire à disposition dans la chambre. Le gros plus, la laverie gratuite avec lave linge et sèche linge et le kombini dans la rue en face de l'appartement. »
