« First of all, the price for the quality was outrageous. We wouldn't have stayed there if there had been a other reasonable option. The room was tiny. The heater would kick on and blow cold air for a while then warm. It kicked on every few minutes all night long. We locked the dead bolt on the door then couldn't get it unlocked.
