â The exterior of the property and front door is video monitored 24/7 for security. During check-in, cameras are monitored to count guests entering or security guard might be on-site at times.
â We use noise monitors to ensure we stay within city regulations.
â Visitor Policy: With prior Host approval, guest who paid for the booking is allowed one visitor daily. Driver license/government ID due from visitor.
â FREE Parking: 2 Cars Max; Got more cars? Fee applies - get approval now to avoid tow.
â No parties or events. An event is defined as more than the number of guests declared on the reservation at the same time. Extra visitors must be approved in advance.
â No tampering with smoke, noise, CO detectors. $1,000 fine.
â Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee.
