This is not an apartment complex—The Belvedere Flats are the only two residential units in the building, situated above a quiet commercial space (not accessible to guests). Each unit is completely independent, with its own living room, full kitchen, and dining area, making it ideal for multi-family groups or travelers who want both shared and private spaces.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
