The finished basement has a pool table, Murphy bed that folds into the wall when not in use, twin beds in the basement bedroom, full bath, and private entrance. Outside, relax on the deck with a BBQ, or by the fire pit. Rent the entire home, upper floors, or basement separately. 3-car garage!

To ensure a smooth transition and maintain the quality of the property, please adhere to the following check-out procedures:

Trash Removal: Please ensure that all trash is removed from the property and disposed of in the designated bins.

Dishwasher: Start the dishwasher before departing.

Linens and Bedding: Leave beds unmade and place used linens on the beds to facilitate laundering.

Yard Maintenance: Ensure that any animal feces in the yard are picked up. A $100 fee will be charged if this is not completed.

Appliances: Turn off all lights, fans, and electronic devices before leaving.

Thermostat: Set the thermostat to 72°F before you depart.

Key Return: Return all keys, access cards, and garage door openers to their designated locations. A replacement fee will apply for any lost or unreturned items.

Personal Belongings: Check all drawers, closets, and shelves for personal items. We are not responsible for belongings left behind.

Damage and Issues: Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to assist us in addressing them promptly.

Final Inspection: Conduct a final walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in order before your departure.
