Located in peaceful Platte City, approximately 10–15 minutes from Kansas City International Airport (KCI) and close to historic Weston, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is a comfortable home base for wedding weekends, graduations, military and college events, family celebrations, work trips, and Weston getaways.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO SETTLE IN

All three private bedrooms are upstairs.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A second bedroom offers another king-size bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and dedicated workspace.

A second full bathroom upstairs features a walk-in shower.

Need flexible sleeping space? The main-level living room includes two queen-size futons, providing additional sleeping options without requiring stairs. A third full bathroom is also located on this level.

And this bathroom has something special: a steam shower included with your stay. It is a wonderful way to unwind after traveling, exploring, working, or celebrating.

COOK, GATHER & STAY AWHILE

The open main level keeps everyone connected. Cook dinner while the rest of the group relaxes in the living room, gather around the table, or settle in for a movie.

The living room features a Smart TV and an electric fireplace, creating a comfortable gathering space, especially during cooler evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real group stays, with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and everyday essentials.

An additional table can serve as a workspace or extend the dining setup, providing more flexibility when everyone wants to enjoy meals together.

THE BACKYARD MAY BECOME YOUR FAVORITE ROOM

Step outside to your private fenced backyard and settle under the covered dining gazebo, which seats up to 10.

Start the morning with coffee outside. Fire up the gas grill for dinner. Gather around the outdoor fire-pit area as the evening slows down.

Sometimes the best part of a group trip is not on the itinerary. It is everyone lingering around the table because nobody is quite ready for the evening to end.

THOUGHTFUL DETAILS MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Throughout the home, you will find conveniences designed to make group travel easier, including bedside lamps with USB and USB-C charging, comfortable linens, Smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

Traveling with little ones? A high chair and Graco Travel Dome XL with crib/play-yard functionality are available.

EASY ARRIVAL. EASY STAY.

Contactless self check-in with keypad access makes arrival simple, especially when members of your group arrive at different times.

Complimentary parking is available in the private two-car garage and driveway, with a maximum of 4 guest vehicles total. This limit includes vehicles parked inside the garage.

Street parking and parking on neighboring properties are not permitted. Please keep sidewalks, driveways, and access areas clear.

All three private bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. However, the two queen-size futons and a full bathroom with steam shower are located on the main level, providing sleeping and bathroom options without going upstairs.

There are three exterior security cameras: one at the front door, one at the fence gate, and one at the garage. They monitor exterior areas only and may record during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home.

No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, in the backyard, or within 25 feet of the property.

NEED ROOM FOR A LARGER GROUP?

A second fully equipped townhouse is located directly next door at 136 Roller Court and may be reserved separately when available.

For larger groups, both neighboring homes can also be booked together, offering 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 private fenced backyards.

The homes are separate residences without an interior connecting door, allowing families and friends to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.
