In the heart of Crossroads

Thanks Eric for the fantastic space in Kansas City. It exceeded all expectations! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local breweries and restaurants. The home’s layout was wide open, providing ample space for relaxation and socializing with our group. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, it truly felt like a home away from home. KC Bachelorette Party

I booked Eric’s property so that we could be close to everything and it didn’t disappoint! There are tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and distilleries just within a few blocks. We also took the KC Streetcar which was just a couple blocks away. If you want to be near everything like us, this is a great stay!

Amazing weekend in a great new city with a lodging accommodation that solidified it all. Staying in the art alley attic, centrally located in the artsy beer brewery and distillery district, allowed us to explore this neighborhood on foot. Close enough to explore numerous bars, coffee shops, and even great steakhouses. This stay was memorable thanks to a great host and an awesome property. The poker and pool table came to great use and the bedding arrangements allowed us to rest comfortably. Thank you Eric!

Bachelor Party Weekend Getaway

This place was great for my brothers bachelor party of 11 people! Plenty of gathering space, pool table, poker table, almost didn't need to leave the place to have a good time. Would recommend to any groups looking to for an open space and close proximity to a fun neighborhood. Ten ,minute walk to Power and Light, so many fun places right newt door. Great place, would stay again!
