Newly updated home on the outskirts of Kansas City. Close to shopping centers, downtown Kansas City, Worlds of Fun, and Kansas City International Airport.

A beautiful home that sits on over half an acre. This three level home features 7 bedrooms , 2 living room areas, 2 full kitchens, a formal dining room, office area and recreation area. Five full bathrooms (2 being en-suite) providing adequate privacy for large gatherings. With lots of room to sprawl out, this spacious home is perfect for hosting large families, multi-family get aways, and more.

The large fully fenced back yard is perfect for hosting BBQ’s and features a propane grill and propane fire pit. There are two drive ways that provide ample parking for your group and dual entry. Basement entrance is at ground level walking out to one of the drive ways.

With space for everyone, many ways to stay entertained, and central to Kansas City’s best attractions, this home will leave you and your guests with many beautiful memories.

The host was very responsive to questions. Was great having multiple bed rooms and bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the basement area with the pool table. You did hear the road noise more on the main floor, but was to be expected. Was close to Zona Rosa with great shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great location/proximity to Parkville, Zona Rosa, highway, etc. That said, highway noise is significant (pack your earplugs). Property is dated but clean and very spacious for large groups. Slightly fewer bathrooms than ideal, but still lots of beds and space.

Family wedding

We stayed for 1 week. The house was perfect. 4 different household it held us all on all 3 levels. The house was well stocked with dishes, pans 2 refrigerators and beautiful back yard.

This property was a wonderful fit for our large family - 14 of us in total. The kitchen was well stocked which is important to us as we brought our own food and also packed picnics. The amount of bedrooms was great and there was even a futon and a hide-a-bed we used because the grandkids were stoked to have their own rooms and beds. We enjoyed being able to eat outside some, too. Everything about this property and stay was easy and enjoyable.

Great place to stay

We needed to be close to the airport. This was perfect! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! Great backyard and plenty of parking.There wasn't a griddle for our breakfast, and it would be helpful to have a mirror in each bedroom.But, other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Eagle Scout Award Trip to KC

We had seven young adults and four adults. Stay in Casey at this house for a long weekend. The house was plenty big enough for all 11 of us and we had a great time playing in the backyard grilling cooking and hanging out at the house playing pool. We did some really fun activities like K1 speed world of fun and I fly all the kids had a great time and I’m sure they’ll be talking about our trip for years to come!

Definitely did not meet our expectations

We rent large properties on a regular basis for family events. This house is not worth 1k a night. The carpet in the living room area is gross with stains and needs replaced. The house was very clean at the surface level, and does look "cute", but unfortunately, there is a lot of deferred maintenance. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the counter and when we opened it with a load of dishes, the dishwasher fell out of the cabinet hole. There are not enough towels for a house that big and the towels are very cheap. The white bath mats were stained and gross. The pillows are hard and cheap - we had to go buy some new ones on the second day so we could get some sleep. If you're looking for a house, simply to accomodate a lot of people, this house would work great - and it was very clean. If you're looking for a nice house that would command a 1k price a night, I would definitely recommend something else.

Great place!

This place was great! We brought 14 students and 4 adults and everyone had a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and there was plenty of room for all of us. I was worried that there wouldn’t be enough hot water for us to shower but we never ran out! The neighborhood was nice and quiet!If we ever stay in Kansas City again this is where we will stay!

Group of Out of Towners

The rental was mostly amazing with a few hiccups. The house was spacious, the yard was gorgeous, the neighbors were polite. There were a few things and the house that needed repair, all looked like small things a previous renter had broken and not disclosed. The location is roughly a ten minute drive from the airport, which was very nice. It was also right next to an interstate that made a lot of noise. You could barely hear it inside the house, but we were constantly shouting over it outside the house. The kitchen was spacious, which we appreciated because we did a lot of cooking. Noise from the interstate was the only real downside, and even then it only mattered outside.

Family Reunion - Great place!

Check in was simple and Cody was a wonderful host, as was the property manager, responding quickly to any issues we had. The 7 bedrooms fit our 15 member family perfectly! Nice deck and large yard for lawn games. It was recently remodeled and kitchen had a nice variety of dinnerware, bowls, cups/glasses, and most importantly silverware (we never ran out!)!! It was an added benefit to have trash bags and various sizes of Ziploc bags to supplement what we brought! Bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner. The washer and dryer came in handy too! (They looked new!) The basement area was wonderful for the younger late-nighters to hang out and not disturb those who went to bed early! Plenty of off street parking made it nice so that you did not have to go move your car if someone wanted to leave. The highway noise was louder than I had expected it to be and made it difficult to hear others when sitting outdoors but barely audible inside the house.

Great disappointment

Reservation was incorrect , communication was horrible with owners of both properties . Locked out of house and slow to respond Vrbo support was able to get us in house after 3 hrs trying to deal with owners . We grabbed our luggage and checked into hotel . I expect a full refund !!

Wedding in Parkville

The house was perfect for our group of 12 that traveled from Sc and Pa for our sons wedding. The property had plenty of room for everyone to get ready and even relax in quiet when needed. The game room downstairs and the firepit in the backyard were icing on the cake. Cody replied almost immediately to any queations I had and got a small hot water issue fixed very expeditiously! The property is very conveniently located to shopping, food, and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again if we go back to KC.

Spring Break/Easter reunion - folks from east and west

Check in was simple. Condition of house was excellent upon entering. If you haven't seen the new pictures, take a look. Reno greatly improves an already sizable location for family, all age, all sleep needs - bedrooms on 3 floors - naps etc. Main kitchen is well-equipped for group/team cooking. Basement kitchen is handy for other gatherings outside of meals. Quick access to MCI for out-of-towners is a big plus. Location near old highway is not consequential since main sleep areas are away from front of the house. Large fenced yard with deck and furniture will be useful for family when staying during good weather and warmer seasons.

Good place to lay your head but….

Good place to lay your head but many of the amenities were inadequate. The kitchen did not have nearly enough tableware to accommodate the number of people the house could fit. The cooking utensils, pits and pans were rusted, small and few. The place is close to a highway so noise may be an issue for you, we could hear traffic at night when laying down to sleep. Some of the showers were too small. There wasn’t enough sitting space (and the couch needs replaced) for the number of people that could stay in the house. The pool table was unbalanced, wobbly and there was no chalk. If you just need a place to sleep, this is ok. If you want a place to stay and enjoy, look elsewhere.

Guys golf trip

The house worked great for our annual fall golf trip. We had 7 guys and there were enough room and beds for everyone. The big room with the "extra" kitchen and bar area was the ideal gathering space. It did appear that they were doing some remodeling in the basement that wasn't completed yet.
