The Plaza Pair is perfect for families or friends traveling together. This unique rental combines two side-by-side studio apartments (The Plaza Nook and The Plaza Edition) with an interior adjoining door that can stay open for socializing or closed for privacy. Enjoy two bedrooms (king + queen), two full kitchens, two bathrooms, and cozy living areas — all within a beautifully restored building walking distance to the Country Club Plaza. Ideal for groups up to 4!

Guest will receive access code to the building and both condos the day of arrival. Should any issues arise the host is just a phone call or text away!

Located in the heart of Kansas City, you’ll be steps from the upscale shops, restaurants, and art galleries of the Plaza. Quick access to Westport, downtown, and Crown Center.

History:
Designed as the nation’s first suburban shopping district built for cars, the Plaza was the vision of developer J.C. Nichols. Inspired by the architecture of Spanish marketplaces, Nichols began transforming swampy land in 1907. Unit 1: The Plaza Nook

Sleeping Arrangements: A cozy queen-sized bed with high-quality linens, ideal for solo travelers or couples who prefer a smaller, more tucked-away sleeping space.
Living Area: Includes a comfortable two-person couch, smart TV with streaming capabilities, and open shelving for storage and decor.
Kitchen: A full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. You'll also find cookware, utensils, and dishware. Right off the kitchen is a cozy dining table to enjoy home-style meals.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Having 2 separate but together units fit my family perfect. Part of fam in one, the other 2 in another. The kitchen was entirely stocked with extras of everything needed. Location, location, location. I would definitely stay here again. And the hostess always answered questions quickly.
