Surrounded with greenery with a large private garden with a trampoline, the house has a ruffed terrace with a dining area. On the ground level of the house is a lovely living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house has two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and exit to the big shared balcony. Every room is air-conditioned. In front of the house, there is an outhouse with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. The property offers private parking, and it is located in a small village, Brajkovići, 10 km from Rovinj.

Nearby is the medieval town of Dvigrad, which is definitely worth a visit. The nearest airport is in Pula on 30km distance.
