« Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. « Everything went wrong from that very start. I had no reservation booked in my name. I was offered a room, i was the only one there and felt uncomfortable. I went to check in the next day, but was told they were booked out. Then I was told that another booking was made at another hotel. And when I arrived the new hotel was not aware.
