The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low

Hôtel impeccable, personnel aux petits soins et hyper bien placé

Super friendly staff and good location in the heart of BKK1, an expat centered part of the city. Safe and clean. Its also an apartment complex for expats so there are residents whom are respectful and kind. They are not very good at enforcing health rules though, like noise pollution (loud loud music from the neighbors), and not able to reinforce the no smoking rule in the apartments. But the staff are always responsive and try their best to fix things
