Located in the gated Kulalani community, this spacious 3BR/2.5BA is your Pacific paradise. Interiors include updated floors and towering ceilings throughout. Your rental offers prime outdoor living space with a lanai, as well as access to a shared all-ages pool, an adults-only pool, and a covered community building.

Enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club as well as close proximity to the Mauna Lani Resort, where you can play 36 holes of championship golf, enjoy a spa treatment, or browse the shops.

LIVING AREAS

Unwind on the sofa, love seat, and armchair around the 47” flat-screen TV. Inviting beach decor and high ceilings accent the bright and airy interior. A desk nook and printer are convenient for checking email.

KITCHEN & DINING

Get cooking in the renovated kitchen, equipped with sparkling granite countertops, fully-stocked cabinets, and a stylish tile backsplash.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table for six or the breakfast bar for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Two full bathrooms and one half bath are each stocked with plenty of plush towels and a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Make yourself at home in the master bedroom, furnished with a California king bed, a chaise lounge, and a 32” flat-screen TV. Step out onto the lanai through the sliding doors. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the sunny second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. A full guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

A convenient half bath is located next to the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend breezy afternoons on the expansive lanai, complete with seating for seven and an outdoor grill area.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Parking is available for one vehicle (additional parking is located throughout the complex). A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. This townhome is also equipped with AC.

Beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and water sports/gear are provided for your use. Kid-friendly extras include a high chair, stroller, children’s books, and a Pack ‘n Play.

The sprawling Kulalani complex offers exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club, state-of-the-art fitness center, a shared pool, an adult-only pool, spa area, and a covered community building with an outdoor kitchen.

Nearby, Mauna Lani Resort offers 36 holes of championship golf, Mauna Lani Spa, and Shops at Mauna Lani. The glittering waters of Pauoa Bay are only a 5-minute drive from your rental.

Would not stay again

I don't normally write reviews but wanted to comment on this property. Pros: Location near the pool (nice pools), gated community, snorkel gear and beach chairs in the garage. Cons: Check in. After a long day of travel, the gate code did not work. We called and were given 4 different codes over several hours. Finally, got one to work. Ice maker and water in fridge did not work. BBQ ignitor did not work. Garage door did not work on multiple occasions. Several lightbulbs out. Towels were in the dryer when we arrived. Owners closet left open. Only 2 dish towels. No cleaning products (such as Windex) for quick cleans as we stayed 9 days. Way too much patio furniture, it was hard to even get to the BBQ. Too many artificial plants and nick nacks collecting dust. No smart TV in the main living area to watch Netflix, etc. Old pillows, thin comforters and a very dated quilt on the master bed (we had to remove it as it didn't appear to be washed). Overall, a very dated place and the service to get a hold of someone was a long process. We would stay at the community again, but not at this unit.

BEAUTIFUL Inside and Out

This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was light and roomy, well organized, plenty of towels, beach toys, and snorkel gear for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. It’s location was perfect, very close to the pool, and the beach club was never too crowded, providing hours of relaxation and fun. It felt clean, safe, and private. All instructions for access and care were easy to follow and Vacasa was quick to respond to any issues. The only things it seemed to be missing were tissues (I like the convenience of having a box of tissues close) and a door mat at the front. Even though we took off our shoes at the entrance, there was still the reflex to wipe our feet. Also, one of the bikes had a hole in the tube, so we couldn’t ride them. Other than those minor issues, our stay was very comfortable. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Amenities are great, but home needs some aloha

Great location with pools nearby and a private beach club. Grocery store and a good restaurant are close. 1 mile walk to the beach for a beautiful sunset. Kitchen appliances old, stovetop cooks unevenly, dishwasher is very old, washing machine leaks. AC turns down to 70 degrees at night so you have to get up several times to turn the temp up. You have to let the hot water run for 5 to 10 minutes to get warm. Silk plants on every flat surface.

Property exactly as described and shown. Check-in and check-out very smooth. Property management sent lots of helpful information before check-in to make things go very smoothly. Townhome is very close to great community pools and gym. (Pools are shared with neighboring KaMilo complex.) Access to Mauna Lani Beach Club with card key was great. Three bedrooms, including very nice master, and great wifi. All in all, a great stay --

Vacation on The Big Island

This property is clean and in a great location. It is in the Mauna Lani Resort which is near the Fairmont Orchid and it located next to both pools and the fitness center. It is close to a small grocery store and shopping/restaurants and also has access to a private beach club. The place itself has comfortable beds and is kept clean. Everything was in working order except for the dishwasher. We ran it a few times and the dishes did not seem clean. We ended up washing them by hand. I would definitely come back. We were comfortable, loved being close to the pool and near all of the resort amenities. I love the floor plan, the big living area and the outdoor space as well.

Great property

Great property three big clean rooms. Check in/ check out was easy and straightforward. Very nice living room and patio area out back. Made great use of the two hot tubs available within a three minute walk. There were all the appliances you could want, blender for drinks, and nice big to go mugs for when you want to grab your cocktails to the beach. Overall great property. Cons: The master bedroom has the worst blinds I have encountered in a bit, they were all just stuck when we got there leaving about a 3ft gap out onto the patio area. Figured out how to move them but it took some effort. Also they just generally let too much light it. For your consideration, replacing the blinds in the master bedroom would cost a miniscule amount and would probably prevent very awkward situations between family members. Adding a 2$ rca to aux cable for the living room audio system so people can play music would also be a great feature, (wanted to listen to some jazz a couple of times during dinner).

Loved this rental

Was better in person than in the pictures!! We loved staying here, and would rent it again. The pool and gym was incredible! The beach access was also an incredible perk to this rental. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great retreat

We stayed in a similar location previously. This property was kept up a lot better than the fairways. There was no restricted time for the kids at the pool. Would recommend this place again. My only complaint is the battery in the garage door did not work and could not find the access code to get in the gate when we first arrived but those are minor things. The condo the amenities are all excellent.

Fantastic - Perfect location & well-kept house

My family stayed here for nearly four weeks and had a fabulous time. We traveled with grandma and two children, who were doing distance learning. The location is fantastic. The pool area was great with lots of space to spread out and play, and a small wading pool for little kids. The separate lap pool meant the big pool was just for playing and the workout room was really nice. We never felt crowded at the Mauna Lani beach or pool, and appreciated the mask policy for the workout area. The house had all the appliances, shopping bags, coolers, beach gear, towels, etc. that we needed. We also saw a highchair, stroller, and pack & play that would be useful for those with little kids. The internet was good enough for several of us to be working/or in class at a time. The lanai was nicely shaded and we loved the grill and eating dinners outside. As noted in the listing, the upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, and we were unable to get a second small bed or cot through the property management company, so just something to be aware of if you have two kids sharing a room as we did. Overall, great place to stay and we would love to come back.

“Staycation”

We had the most relaxing time at this beautiful home. We were steps away from both pools and the workout room. These amenities open at 6 am and close at 9 pm so you have the entire day and night to lounge at the pool if you choose. Bring along your snorkeling gear if you decide to stay at this location because access to Mauna Lani Beach (less than 10 minutes away) is included and a must do as this beach is simply beautiful, calm and with tons of beautiful fish. At Mauna Lani Beach is a restaurant overlooking Launa Lani Bag called “Na Pua” and their fish tacos are ono (delicious). You are also close to other amazing beaches off premises such a Hapuna, Spencer’s and Anaehoomalu. Foodland Farms is less than 5 minutes away so you can do whatever grocery shopping you need to do with ease. There is also some eating establishments, coffee and ice cream shops in that vicinity. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. There are 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom on the bottom floor and 2 rooms on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a beautiful lanai with a gas grill. Overall, just what we needed. The only suggestion would be to have an earlier check-in time, even if by an hour.
