« Wonderful property »

« This is our 4th visit to this condo. Needless to say we love everything about it. We watch the various birds come onto the lawn in the morning as we enjoy breakfast on the patio. We love the access to Mauna Kea amenities - the beach is our favorite hangout. The check-in process is quick and seamless. South Kohala Management team makes everything so easy - they are so responsive. We love this place and will stay again in the near future. »

« This property has it all, wonderful, central location, all the amenities, terrific view, close to the pool and a quick (less than 2 min) drive to shopping, the beach and the beach club. The decor is subtle Hawaiian and with the outdoor kitchen and fully equipped indoor kitchen you can cook all the fish you can catch! The management company was super easy to work with, any question we had was promptly answered on text. I highly recommend it! »

« Overall a great stay; the complex is very nice, good layout with two large primary bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The unit did have plumbing issues while we were there, they communicated quickly to get someone in to help. The unit could use a freshening up - furniture, carpet, and plumbing all getting fairly dated. »

The property manager was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. The location is great with the Fairmont in walking distance. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. « This property is spectacular! My wife, two college-aged daughters, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit has an incredible, unobstructed view of the ocean, so close that one goes to sleep with the calming sound of the waves breaking on the beach that is a 30-second walk from the building. « Spacious 1 bedroom. Very clean and updated. We had all we needed including beach chairs. It has a beautiful ocean view and comfortable back patio. Dining and watching the sunset from the patio was beautiful. It’s an easy walk to the Beach Club which made for a relaxing afternoon. We’ll be back. Aloha! »

« Have stayed at The Fairways many times, and this is one of the best floor plans. Main floor MBR with 2 bedrooms upstairs. Convenient to pool and facilities. Highly recommend! »

« Best compliment I can say is: I would definitely choose this location in the future. We often stay on the Kona side of the Big Island and really enjoy the quiet of the Mauna Kea resort. « LOVED this home in Mauna Lani. Everything about the property is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the sounds of Hawaii. This is the most well stocked home we have ever rented including beach gear, laundry detergent, toiletry items, etc. We had to buy very little at the grocery store besides food. « L’appartement que nous avons loue était très agréable, spacieux, comfortable, meublé avec goût. La cuisine est bien équipée. L’appartement est un peu en retrait de l’hôtel dans les résidences donc très calme mais à proximité de l’hôtel Westin, on y a accès à la plage et aux piscines et jacuzzi. Accommodations were excellent with comfortable beds, spices, and more than enough detergent/soap.
