One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I strongly advise against booking this property.
The hygiene standards are extremely poor and far below acceptable levels. The bathrooms are not only poorly designed but potentially hazardous due to the awkward and unsafe alignment of the sink and toilet seat.
Customer service is shockingly unprofessional and disorganized. I was granted an extra hour after checkout to pack, only for the manager to later call and dismiss the arrangement, saying, “Whatever you were told was wrong because the lady is new.” When I asked for clarification, I was told there had been confusion about my checkout time, a clear sign of poor internal communication and management incompetence.
The entire experience reflected a lack of coherence, accountability, and respect for guests. There is evident misalignment between management and staff, leading to unnecessary stress and frustration.
Until major improvements are made in hygiene, safety, customer service, and management professionalism, I would strongly discourage anyone from staying in Nican.
