The street noise was so bad that we decided not to go in the hot tub because it would have not been relaxing. The stairs are a lot but fine, and there was trash left in the garage that was stinky. And wet towels in the washer that we discovered when we tried to wash a few items. Over all its a great place with great views as long as your okay with the road noise.
