« The staff at Zermatt are wonderful and friendly. The unit I rented needs refreshing and had a number of inconvenient issues that could be easily remedied by the host. For one, bedspreads, fitted sheets (queen beds with flat king sheets), and blankets (a thin blanket provided) would be welcome. Only one of the two burner stove-top worked. The unit looked out on a parking lot and big light and the curtains did not extend below the window sill and the light shined in the room at all hours. The...

« Overall the room worked for our needs. They have done some renovations which were nice. There are some odds and ends in the room that needs to be addressed. The hot water didn't work great, the mirror in the bathroom was falling off and the toilet paper holder was having issues.
Zermat itself was pretty good. The pool was fun and roaming the resort with our daughter was a lot of fun. This was our 3rd or 4th time and staying the overall the experience is always solid. »

« This was such an amazing place to book, The environment is top notch and the hot tub was one of the best I have ever been in.The host is very accommodating with all of my needs. They were easy to contact and worked with my on getting the property booked for a specific day at a discounted rate! It is nice dealing with actual human beings. »

« Stay away from this property manager. The unit was not actually available. Managers are not local and were late to respond to our distress call. We were stranded for an hour before they responded and tried to give us another unit, which also ended up not being available.it was after midnight by this time and I was forced to find a hotel room and pay 3 times the cost of my original VRBO rental. »
