« We loved everything about this condo. Beautiful surroundings, friendly people/staff, delicious restaurant/bar, 2 very clean pools, tropical gardens, activities, ocean front beach, saw a monk seal, sunrise, rainbows and sunsets. Across the street more restaurants/bar, gift shops and grocery store. We did not need a rent a car. Went to Whalers Village and 4 adventures. Stayed 2 glorious weeks 🌺🥰♥️ »

« Overall was an amazing experience, the location was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cleaning was very minimal. Dishes were not cleaned properly and random things like tv remotes were greasy and not cleaned properly as well. Other than that, everything was great! »

« The condo was fantastic for our 2 week stay. One of the best ones I have stayed in at Napili Shores (10th time, all different rooms). AC worked well, king bed was super confortable, pillows were excellent. The kitchen was also great, everything you need and then some. Some spices were left by others which was great. « We really enjoyed every day of our 16 day stay in the Whaler Resort. The studio condo was nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and generously equipped with home and kitchen necessities. The Whaler's staff was professional and helpful. The only maintenance problem we had was accidental (the bed frame was left unlocked at one of the corners, which made the bed squeaky) and it was swiftly diagnosed and repaired by dexterous Casey from the maintenance department. « Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »
