« I reserved 2 superior rooms for 2 nights in this hotel about a month before arrival. I requested ocean view and highest level for both, connecting and not far from elevator. After 45 minutes waits they gave me 1 room with mountain view on the 7th floor, that I gave to my parents, and 20 minutes later, an ocean view superior room on the 12th floor. Assuming it was one of the highest occupancy saturday, though reserved a month ahead, the reception would give you more attention if you insisted them...

« Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible.
