« Where do I start? From our first contact with Iliya, everything just kept getting better. Wonderful hosts, spectacularly amazing house with unique architecture! « We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we did not receive any check-in instructions from the host. We arrived at around 3:15 PM and tried contacting the Bach team, who informed us that they were unable to reach the host.We spent nearly two hours on calls trying to resolve the issue. « The house was perfect for our needs and the pictures shown were accurate. Beds were comfy (the sofa bed was old but did the job) and house was tidy lovely art work throughout the house The check in process took slightly longer but that was my mistake and when I contacted the host it was rectified quickly.
