    The Space:

    Enjoy A Little Aloha at this fabulously updated condo, one of the larger vacation rentals in fun downtown Kailua-Kona! You’ll love the private ocean-view lanai, the on-site pool, and the hot tub. Stretch out on a lounger and soak up the sun. Or fire up the community grill to enjoy a barbecue. Ample covered seating is available in this lush setting. Located on the 3rd floor of the lovely Kailua Bay Resort complex, you’ll be within walking distance of Kamakahonu Beach, snorkeling in Kailua Bay, luaus and historical sites, and an incredible array of shops and eateries. A post office, bank, and pharmacy locations are just around the corner. Check out the locally grown produce and handmade crafts at the outdoor Kona Farmers Market.



    This home offers the utmost comfort with air-conditioning units and a new ceiling fan and lights on the lanai. Stylistic details and local touches include a reclaimed koa wood headboard, a sugi wood accent wall, and antique Hawaiian furnishings and artwork. The open-plan living area has high ceilings and incredible natural light. Unwind while watching your favorite shows on the 55” cable TV equipped with a DVD player. Condo was clean, location is great! Beds were comfortable, nice view of both ocean and mountains from the balcony. Plenty of towels, supplies, and everything - felt like we stepped right into a fully functional home. Only wish we knew from the get go that beach chairs and boogie board were available - consider putting that in the welcome message. Towel rack in the main floor bathroom is missing a screw, needs maintenance.

We could not gain access to the condo. After 2 hours we were able to get help and got code for key lock. The combo for electronic lock was not working. The next day they found that it was not functional.

Location, location, location!

I loved the location. It was 2-3 blocks from the main boardwalk shops, ocean, flea market and eateries. The condo was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning and kitchen were great to have when coming in from the usually humid and hot climate.

Perfect location!

Great location in Kona town. You can walk to everything and avoid all the new parking fees. The condo is beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied and a beautiful ocean view from the lanai. It was great!

Perfect accomodations for our trip!

I came to race in the Ironman World Championship and stayed here with my wife and my coach. The place was clean and more spacious and cool than it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfy and the washer and dryer came in handy. The location was perfect.

Good location in walking distance to the main drag by the water. Interior was nice. Place runs pretty hot despite AC. Its in an ok apartment complex, but overall enjoyable stay

Walking distance to all Allii restaurants. Not sure about the upstairs loft as it was quite hot up there. I think this a great rental for a couple.

2022 Kona

The condo was a wonderful home base for a month. We walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants every day. Our infant granddaughter enjoyed her first swim in the Pacific Ocean. The unit is quiet, clean, roomy, and cool. It was our 7th Kona visit and best lodging. We would buy it if it was for sale.

Perfect Spot in Kona

Our family (three adults and one child) loved this rental. It was fully stocked, including beach equipment. The decor was charming and the beds were very comfortable. The AC is a big perk on the island, as many properties do not have it. The lanai was the perfect place for a sunset dinner looking at the ocean. Our son loved the pool and hot tub! Good location in the middle of Kona, near some tasty restaurants. Would highly recommend

Kohala-Kona great location

This condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist spots. I never did see the pool and there was no info in the condo to tell you how to use the pool. So, you have to really look for it. I did want to use the pool, so I was sad about that.
