In addition to a prime location, you can spend your days swimming and sunbathing by the resort's outdoor pool or ocean, and also enjoy the fantastic amenities on the resort grounds, including a covered pavilion with gas grills, an entertaining game room, outdoor showers, a hot tub, and a sauna.

Delight yourself with a spacious lanai with partial great white water ocean views and an inviting conversation area with an iron/glass dining table, which overlooks the nicest pool and pool deck along Alii Drive. Here you can dine and sip cocktails at sunsets while catching a glimpse of the ocean beyond the palms. Exquisite!

This air-conditioned condo enjoys a 10+ interior including patterned, tiled floors (except in the primary bedroom, which enjoys new luxury vinyl flooring), watercolor Hawaiian-themed paintings by the owner throughout, and Island Rattan furnishings. Custom cherry cabinets adorn the kitchen and living area. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living area and watch your favorite shows or movies on the top-of-the-line 65-inch OLEG LG TV with a cable box. Right next to the TV is a convenient desk should you need to work remotely. Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counters throughout. The primary bedroom features a large TV with a cable box and a comfortable bed with a 4" pillow topper. Additional perks include a new sleeper sofa with an extra thick mattress and no center crossbar.

White Sands Village campus is non-smoking.
No steps are required with the use of the elevator to the condo from the close proximity reserved parking stall.
Pool users must be continent; babies are not allowed in the pool with swim diapers. A small wading pool is provided next to the pool for baby use.
This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
