☛ 'Regular Season' - Nightly Rate's are based on the Maximum number of 8 guests, and, a 6 to 8-night Stay. Discount/Special rate’s are available for smaller groups of 4 to 6 people.

☛ 'High Season's' (Spring Break, Summer) - Nightly Rate's are based on the Maximum number of 8 guests, with up to a 9-night stay.
