Located on the outskirts of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean view relaxation from every device. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market is half a mile north.
The complex offers an elevator that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
Each unit includes designated parking, safe WIFI, & cable TV. All units, like Lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking.
