Na Hale O Keauhou is arguably one of the best destinations for travelers who want to enjoy fine dining, golf, snorkeling, diving, manta rays, and more! This quiet gated community includes a pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Guests may go straight from the car to the home; no front desk check-in is required.Upon entry, you are welcomed with a bright and fresh feeling, as there are large windows in this three bedrooms, three bath townhouse. The open floor plan allows for engagement with your guests and opens up to a private lanai with your own grill.
The kitchen has all the gadgets a home chef needs, or a grill primary is looking for, plus upgraded stainless steel appliances and a new dishwasher. The dining area, which has seating for 6, flows into the living room. Enjoy the Hawaiian breeze on the new, comfortable couch or soak up the central AC. Have a family game night or watch a movie on the large, wall-mounted TV.The guest bedroom downstairs has a brand-new Queen bed with a small desk for your needs. Enjoy the quiet space or relax in bed and watch a movie on the smart TV. The bathroom is located off the guest room, as well as access from the hallway entrance. The full bath has a shower and a private toilet room with plenty of space for your toiletries.The mandarin duck staircase allows for an open feeling and brings the upstairs and downstairs together. Located upstairs is the second guest room ensuite with two new twin beds and a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a desk upstairs in the hallway between the primary and the guest room for your kid's needs or zoom meetings.The primary ensuite has a new king bed with an ocean view and a private lanai. Relax with the sliding doors open and feel the Hawaii air or turn on the AC and watch a movie from your bed. Unpack your suitcase in the complete set of dresser drawers, or enjoy the walk-in closet in the primary bathroom.The bathroom has lots of space with double sinks, a walk-in closet, and great lighting. Soak away the salt in the stand-alone tub or rinse off in the walk-in shower. Enjoy the double sinks and Hawaii amenities.As a guest at Na Hale O Keauhou, you can enjoy the onsite pool, hot tub, and fitness center that was just remolded. Lay in the sun or play a game of Marco polo. You're a short walk to Keauhou Shopping center as well as a mile from some great snorkeling. Turn moments into memories here in Hawaii.Please note: This is a two-story home with an open lanai downstairs and is not childproof. Check-in was nonexistent; there was never any interaction with a person. Welcomes, instructions, everything was done by email. The living spaces were nice, although the bedding was not great. Stains on the sheets and comforter thin and noisy in the master bedroom. Also, the kitchen could use attention. The top shelf of the dishwasher was broken; printed labels on stovetop knobs peeling off; pans and cutlery old and rusty. The microscopic ants and gnats were a nuisance. Overall, our stay was fine, but we were expecting a bit more.

Big Island Family Trip

This was a beautiful property with gorgeous views. The rooms were perfect for our family and it was so nice having three bathrooms. This location was close to where our son was attending school and just minutes from restaurants, shopping and the ocean.We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Lovely place- peaceful and quiet

We enjoyed our stay in this modern and peaceful tropical condo! Large, modern and nicely furnished, it made for a comfortable stay for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children. Three ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms were great and the views of tropical landscape out to a distant ocean view were lovely. The manager was diligent in trying to address our minor issues of no sofa bed linens and small ant incursions in the bathroom. Towels were plentiful but need replacing.The kitchen was well- supplied and we appreciated the beach chairs and the large pile of other beach equipment in the garage.Parking was ample and within steps of the entrance.

Beautiful home with sprawling grounds, gated, with an amazing pool

We had a wonderful time at the townhome. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and appreciated all the amenities of the property. The pool was such a hit with the kids! A couple things could be improved: the ants were horrible despite following instructions to remove trash daily and keep counter clean, and there were not enough trash bags and dishwashing detergent for the length of our stay. Spraying for ants and providing trash bags and dishwashing detergent for the amount of nights guests are staying would have made our stay more comfortable, although we still had an absolutely wonderful time. By the way: the beach toys, coolers, and beach chairs in the garage were AWESOME to use. What a pleasant surprise! Mahalo for letting us stay at this stunning property on our favorite island

Hawaii vacation

The buildings are secure and look nice. The inside was ok nothing special and could use some updating. The small porch had a nice view but had an oversized table and only 3 chairs and a lounger. Evern if there were more chairs it would have been difficult to get them around the table as the space was too small. There were bird droppings on the table and chairs and on the porch floor. The sliding screen door was very noisy in need of lubrication. The grill was in poor condition. There were very tiny ants in different rooms. Maintenance did bring ant traps this was not effective. The toilet for the twin bedroom had an issue with the flapper in the tank running through. The big issue was with the clothes dryer not working. We notified the office and maintenance did reset the dryer but after 1 load it had an issue of shutting off after 6 minutes. The beds were not very comfortable especially the sleeper couch. Hawaii was great, the location was good. The unit was not as pictured on the internet. Disappointing. I am feeling like this review should be posted on other travel sites so someone looking at the facility will know what they're getting into.

Beautiful Spot

Overall the space was great and well advertised. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Safe and quiet community. The townhouse was great for our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was the laundry dryer did not work, kept coming up with an error code. We reached out immediately, got a response to reset the breaker. We did this and the same problem. We reached out again and didn’t hear back at all. This was both disappointing and inconvenient trying to air dry clothes, towels etc.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! I would definitely stay there again. Pros: Large spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a big bathroom (3bdrm/3bthrm) Gorgeous views Close to grocery stores/shopping center Close to great snorkel/beach Safe and peaceful/quiet Ample parking Lots of beach toys Furniture, appliances, decorations updated Comfortable beds Garage Freezer has automatic ice maker Kitchen fully stocked Available beach towels Pool/spa/fitness room clean and beautiful; not busy Gas BBQ washer/dryer combo in laundry room Easy check-in/check-out instructions Gorgeous landscape Clean Cons: Dryer does not work. Took hours (multiple cycles)to dry 1 very sm load of laundry. So we couldn't raje advantage of doing laundry during our week stay. Kitchen knives extremely dull Ant issue despite leaving Kitchen counters wiped down and all food put away. Ants in bedrooms. ( there were ant/bug traps all over condo, so they know its an issue) Pull out couch mattress very uncomfortable. Lack of blankets The pros definitely outweigh the cons. If you are considering staying here; DO IT!! You will not regret it.

It was an okay Place to Stay.

Back Slider door was INOP. As was the Garbage Disposal...INOP I think it was because of the Labor Day holiday, but communication was not that good. Next time I will pay a little more $$ and find a little nicer spot. It was a 4 overall in my opinion.

Better than anticipated

Planning a relatively last minute trip to Hawaii is exciting, but definitely poses issues with availability of accommodations. Certainly the case for us. Whereas this was not our first choice, I can definitely say it exceeded my expectations. It met our needs beautifully and then some! Very clean, well appointed, very convenient location and property management company very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great home base!

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed with 6 people total in our party: grandparents, parents and 2 kids. The condo was very well laid out and spacious, we never felt crowded. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you need for cooking, even some plastic kids plates/utensils. Really appreciated having the bbq and the patio furniture. All the the furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable. After staying at other rentals with ikea furniture, it was really nice to stay in a place with comfortable, high quality furniture. The views are even better than the photos. The kids played at the pool every day and loved it. All in all exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again!

Another Great Big Island Trip

We've come to really enjoy staying in this location just next to Kahaluu bay and other great spots on Hawai'i. This specific unit is well managed, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The ceiling fans keep everything cool and the en suites keep everyone happy.
