Located within the exclusive Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai on the spectacular west coast of the Big Island of Hawaii just north of Kailua-Kona, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 6 guests and boasts a fabulous array of modern amenities for an unforgettable getaway.

With one of the most extensive floor plans of any Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai villa, this ultra-luxe home is spread across two levels. Overlooking the 15th hole of the Jack Nicklaus signature championship course, Palm Villa 130B boasts stunning wraparound views including lush tropical flora, Mount Hualalai and the shores of Maui, and the iconic Hawai‘i sunset over the ocean each evening. After a full day of adventuring around the Big Island, you can enjoy endless entertainment with this home’s four large smart television sets, high-speed wireless internet, and a state-of-the-art Sonos sound system. With high-vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning & ceiling fans, and a multitude of large window displays, this exquisite property allows fresh air and natural light to flow throughout the deluxe space.

On the upper level, you’ll find the bright and spacious great room with the kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in a contemporary open-concept design that expands outward through sliding doors onto the upper covered lanai (deck) outfitted with outdoor seating and a barbecue grill station for enjoying the beauty of Hawaii’s natural environment. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and is furnished with fine wood cabinetry and smooth granite countertops. The bar stool seating along the large central island is the perfect place for entertaining guests while a master chef whips up a delicious meal. The kitchen expands into the formal dining and lounge area with a table that seats eight and a picture-perfect window seat for after-dinner relaxation while overlooking the greenery of the golf course at sunset.

On the lower level, you’ll find the grand media room, which includes a 75” smart television and ample couch, with two corner walls of pocket doors that open outward to the large covered lanai with seating to enjoy the view of the manicured lawn beyond. Adjacent to the media room is the luxurious primary bedroom suite that overlooks the golf course and is furnished with a king-size bed, private deck area, smart television, and walk-in closet. The tranquil ensuite bathroom offers a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a tropical atrium with an outdoor shower. The second guest room (lower level), has two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request, private patio, smart television, and an adjacent full bath with an enclosed shower. The third guest room (upper level) includes a Queen bed, smart television, tropical views, and an adjacent full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Two 4-seater golf carts are included in your rental for cruising the resort grounds. An eight-minute walk or three-minute golf cart ride leads to the resort center with fabulous restaurants, pools, spa, boutique, and fitness center. Palm Villa 130B is centrally located on the popular Wai’ulu Street, the only Hualalai street with a pool and hot tub reserved for guests’ exclusive use. Beach amenities such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and towels are provided, along with local tips and recommendations to ensure you are well equipped for off-property excursions and adventures!

This magnificent Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai villa allows convenient access to the best beaches on the Big Island, including Kua Bay and Makalawena. Fine dining, upscale shopping and world-class spa treatments await within the resort community. Hualalai’s Jack Nicklaus Course, one of two incomparable golf experiences at the resort, is available to play for registered rental guests. Once your reservation with us is confirmed, Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai's Club Concierge group will work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. Seasonally adjusted resort fees paid directly to the resort are calculated per person per day and are based on the age of each guest. Current resort fees are: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $36-112 (ages 5-13), Adults: $72-$224 (Ages 14+). All Residential Rental Guests in your party (not to exceed maximum occupancy) must either opt in or out as a group. The group may opt-in for one block of consecutive days (a minimum of two days required) rather than for the entirety of the stay if desired. Resort services, amenities, and fees are subject to change at any time. Please inquire directly about the fees during your desired travel dates with the resort. Please be advised that Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai Management maintains absolute control of the establishment and administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. If that’s not enough to keep you occupied, there are a ton of other exciting activities on the island to satisfy even the most daring adventure seekers. Besides visiting the beaches at the resort, you’ll want to head 30 minutes north to award-winning Hapuna Beach, excellent for both sunbathing and swimming, with powdery white sand and crystal blue water (beach gear is provided in the unit). If you like your beaches with a side of hiking, meander along the rocky lava fields to Mahai’ula beach, or continue along the path to the usually secluded Makalawena beach, where if you’re lucky you might spot a turtle in the water or a monk seal sunning on the beach. Finally, adrenaline junkies will have the time of their life ziplining over the tops of the forest in Kohala, a truly one-of-a-kind way to experience the beauty of the Big Island.

Wonderful stay
The villa is fantastic - spacious, well stocked, and very clean. It's very close to the Four Seasons resort which is a few minute golf cart ride. The management company was great to work with as well - they were responsive to all questions and helped with arranging for baby equipment rentals. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous, immaculate property!
Beautifully furnished, very clean property in a wonderful location. It is a spacious condo with a lovely view. Well equipped, great wifi. Two couples stayed for one week. The twin beds upstairs were converted into a comfortable king for us. Sidenote: one of two golf carts was not functioning properly and though we were told maintenance would correct it, they never did. The instant hot water faucet in kitchen is also not functioning. These were obviously very minor issues; we simply want to be thorough in our review. Having access to the enormous Four Seasons property was great for us, but not needed by our friends in the condo a few doors away. The condo pool is nice but small. Overall, this is a fantastic property that we highly recommend and will consider again in the future.

The property was fantastic and amenity rich. The home was felt far bigger than we expected. It was the perfect backdrop for our family vacation with our 2 adult children. I'll note that the property manager and the Club Concierge at the Four Seasons were attentive and responded quickly throughout our entire trip.

Great Property
We had the most lovely time while visiting Hualalai Resort. The property was big, well equipt, clean, and seamless with the process. The addition of the gold carts is a must, they had nice amenities and it was critical to have access to four seasons amenities as well including the fitness center, pools, and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure.
