Lux Ocean View Villa at Hualalai Resort w/Lanai&Outdoor shower

The Hualalai Resort will host the annual Chairman’s Club event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. We recommend inquiring prior to booking if your stay falls within these dates. Our team is happy to assist with any questions to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

Set on a bluff in the exclusive and centrally located Ke Alaula neighborhood, this spectacular split level three bedroom villa offers views of the bright blue Pacific Ocean, the island of Maui and the Kohala Mountains from both upper and lower levels. This exquisite home offers its visitors over 3,500 square feet of expansive indoor/outdoor living for a perfect Hawai‘i vacation. Located just off of Kukio Bay on the westward side of the Big Island of Hawai‘i, this stunning rental home boasts year round Hawaiian sunsets and periodic views of the Humpback whale migrations during the winter months (December through April).

The upstairs level includes the modern open concept great room and the third bedroom, while the downstairs level comprises the primary suite and its adjoining bonus “retreat” room with piano!, the second bedroom, and the spacious lower lanai and large private grassy lawn. The great room with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light consists of both living and dining areas perfect for gathering, entertaining and lounging.

The gourmet kitchen also has a fabulous ocean view, and is fully equipped with top tier appliances, gleaming granite countertops and smooth wood paneling. A countertop bar with 4 barstools invites casual conversation during meal preparation. Floor to ceiling sliding glass pocket doors open from the great room to a large covered lanai (porch) with a regal dining table set for 6. It also includes an outdoor barbecue grill, perfect for BBQing freshly caught Ahi or Mahi Mahi, and two chaise loungers, facing west towards the private back yard and ocean beyond.

The downstairs primary suite features a king bed, flat screen television, generous walk-in closet, and a private lanai with ocean views to the west. The luxurious ensuite primary bath offers an oversized soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, dual sinks, and the signature Hualalai private tropical outdoor shower garden. Sliding pocket doors connect the primary suite with the bonus “retreat” room furnished with sofa set, flat screen television, and lanai with ocean views that spills out to a large grassy lawn perfect for watching sunsets and playtime with children.

The second guest room, located on the upper level, features a queen sized bed, modern decor, flat screen television, and a private balcony with views of Mt. Hualalai. The fully appointed second bathroom is located just outside of the second guest bedroom, with granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower. The third bedroom, located on the lower level, features two twin beds that can convert to a king upon request and sliding glass doors that open to a private patio with a landscaped garden of native Hawaiian flora, as well as incredible views of Mt. Hualalai. The third bathroom offers granite countertops and a tiled walk-in shower.

Each room in the Ke Alaula Villa comes with air conditioned temperature control and a ceiling fan, and the villa includes a washer, dryer and ironing board for guests’ convenience. Guests are also welcome to use provided beach supplies such as boogie boards, chairs, towels and umbrellas to explore the many picturesque beaches around the island. A pack n’ play travel crib is included, as are two 4-seater golf carts, included with your rental for fun and breezy transportation through the stunning resort grounds.

Hualalai Resort is situated just off of the Queen Ka’ahumanu Highway, giving guests easy access to explore and experience the multitude of activities and natural wonders that the Aloha State has to offer, such as the Kiholo State Park Reserve, the Kona Cloud Forest, Dolphin Quest Hawai’i, and much more. It is a brief 15 minute drive to the Kona International Airport, and 25 minutes to downtown Kailua-Kona, the popular hub of activities and attractions for island visitors on the western side of the Big Island.

Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. Beautiful Villa!

We loved staying in this villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here-5 stars on all ratings says it all. Only problem is that time flew too quickly and we were sorry to leave but we are already thinking about when we can return!
