**LOOK NO FURTHER! YOU HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT PROPERTY!**
Kona Magic Sands#213 is a DIRECT oceanfront, 2nd floor condo that is meticulously maintained, beautifully furnished, and has absolutely anything any guest could dream of. Wifi, beach gear, linens, dishes you name it, the condo has it!

This 2nd floor condo has such a beautiful view! Wake up to the ocean, hear the waves. Great whale watching during the winter months!
Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a well appointed mini kitchen that has a stove, sink, fridge and fully stocked with dishes. The bathroom has a walk in shower for you.

In the living area, there's a sitting area if you want to get some R&R watching TV. There's a small dining area as well by the Queen Sized Bed. This is an incredible option for 1 or 2 people looking to be direct beach front.

Kona Magic Sands is the only beachfront condominium complex in Kona. Enjoy an oceanfront pool there as well! There's a restaurant on site called Magics Grill as well!
Laundry use is available in the complex, which is a shared common area.

Ocean at your front door!

We had a great stay! The listing was very accurate and check-in was simple. The location is fantastic — being able to listen to the ocean at night and having direct ocean access was a real highlight. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues with bugs or outside noise. Parking was easy and convenient. The only small improvement would be cleanliness in the kitchen and main living area, which could have been a bit more thorough. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Kona area!

Great condo with excellent view!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with every amenity we could possibly need. Beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel equipment. Excellent location in between 2 beaches within walking distance. There is also a restaurant/bar attached to the condo building with great food and a local favorite to watch the sunset. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our condo view. Amazing! We saw whales and dolphins from our window also! Would highly recommend this place! Aloha!

Having the ocean right smack infront of the condo was amazing! Did not spend any time in the area of the condo as we toured all over the island. Was centerally located for all directions. Great to wake up to the ocean and fall asleep with the sound of the waves!

It appears that the road in front of the apartment building is a thorough fair. We did not know that the traffic never stopped. Neither did the noise in addition to that across the street or parking lots evidently for the restaurant and for people using the beach I’m not sure which, it appears that base music in cars is still popular in Hawaii and they are there all day every day I had to walk across the street to beg them to please turn the base on the radios down. We would never have rented there if we would have known, there was a party lot across the street. I think it’s unfair. You don’t tell people people about it.

Beautiful Place!

Beautiful location, beautiful sandy beach access, great restaurant attached, great pool, clean grounds. Other than a minor "lock" issue initially, as well as the medicine cabinet rusting away, we loved staying there and would return. Would have loved to have the pretty white bedspread on the bed (like the photos listed) instead of the homely, older blue bedspread when we arrived.

Place is right next to Magic Sands beach. Made for super easy access with a toddler to go to the beach, go to the pool, nap times, etc. We stayed at the end of September and had the windows open to keep the place cool. It is a quick ride to several restaurants. Overall great place.

Property Needs Help

The only good thing about this property is the view. The walls are cracked. The carpet is stained. The curtains are ripped and falling apart. The floor has a definite slope in the middle. The pool is not in an open area to view the ocean and get a breeze. The "beach" was non existent! Perhaps a private owned vrbo is better maintained than with a property management company. Overall.....disappointed.

Great studio, great sunsets

Great little studio. Not fancy but it doesn’t need to be. Could see schools of fish and turtles on he reef in front from the window. Great sunsets right from the couch. The bed is in a different position than the photos, but it’s better because there are couches by the windows to have a coffee or cocktail and enjoy the view. Great little beach and park next to the condo. Management company was great, and called ahead of time to see if we had any questions and offer recommendations. If Magic’s restaurant which is in the same building wasn’t closed for renovations it would have been even better. We had to drive to coconut grove or further to go out to eat which was a bit frustrating. We could have cooked in the apartment but the kitchen was small and we would rather spend $ at the local restaurants
