  • Vous appellerez ce condo de luxe de deux chambres et deux salles de bain en un rien de temps! La vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique et le plan d'étage spacieux vous permettront d'en faire votre location de vacances idéale sur la grande île. Nous surplombons le 17e trou du prestigieux parcours de golf Kona Country Club. Passez tôt le matin sur votre véranda privée, préparez des repas dans votre cuisine entièrement équipée et restez connecté grâce à Internet haut débit et WiFi. L'observation des baleines d'hiver se produit quotidiennement au large de votre véranda. Vous aurez également votre propre laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. La suite principale est meublée avec lit king et salle de bain attenante. La 2ème chambre comprend 2 lits jumeaux extra longs qui peuvent être convertis en lit king-size sur demande et moyennant un supplément, avec une salle de bains adjacente avec douche / baignoire. Fenêtre AC située dans les deux chambres.

    À quelques pas de l'une des 3 piscines communautaires et des 2 courts de tennis sur place. Il n'y a pas d'escalier et un espace de stationnement attribué très proche de l'unité. Le Country Club Villas est très bien situé à Kailua-Kona, à quelques pas du centre commercial de Keauhou avec de nombreux restaurants, un cinéma multiplex, une épicerie KTA, une pharmacie CVS et un marché fermier tous les samedis. Il y a aussi un point de ramassage pour la navette vers le centre-ville. Le parc de la plage de Kahalu'u est à 1,6 km et offre la meilleure plongée avec tuba de l'île.

First Hawaiian Family Vaca

The room was fantastic. We arrived two hours early and the managment was able to get us in right away! The room is ground level which is great for easy access, fromt row parking and a pool/hottub area very close by. You get a great view of the ocean and golf course. The grounds were not to busy or loud at all. The staff was very nice and helpful! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities almost lasted my family of 5 our entire 11 day trip. The ac was good in the rooms but the main living quarters did get a little warm but not to bad. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely view and comfortable stay

This condo was the perfect fit for a last minute booking for my family of 4. We loved the location and the sunset views. The condo was appointed well with all the necessities, including beach accessories such as snorkel masks and a boogie board which my kids appreciated. We used the nearby pool and tennis courts daily. Communication with the host company was top-notch and they helped clear up an issue with the Wi-Fi right away. Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this listing!

Hawaiian Paradise

This place was fantastic. Situated on a picturesque hill with a beautiful view of the ocean, the Country Club Villas were an ideal place to stay for my family. Affordable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The fully equiped kitchen also made nightly meals a breeze. We felt right at home. The entire condo was spotless top to bottom. Check-in was seemless and the concierge was extremely helpful and generous in allowing us to extend our check-out time.

Big love for the Big Island

We have just returned from a glorious (almost) two weeks on the Big Island. This was our first time on this Hawaiian Island and we enjoyed every minute of it. The condo was well located, very clean and tidy and very well stocked. This sounds like a ridiculously small detail but the one thing that always stands out for us is the sharpness of the kitchen knives in a rental unit. The knives in this unit were super sharp which made prep and cooking a dream. Thank you!! We did a ton of driving and exploring on the island and it was always nice to come back to the condo to watch the spectacular sunsets from the large West facing lanai. We will return to the Big Island and would love to stay at this unit again when we do.

Nothing less than fantastic!!!

Property was as described if not better - It was comfortable, peaceful, logistically great relative to market, movies, dinner and more... Anything you could possibly need was available for you - If you should need anything else my favorite market KTA is 2 minutes away. My family lives in Kahalu'u Mauka (Holualoa), I always stay on my own (so we all still adore each other after our visits), I usually prefer to stay closer to the heart of Kailua-Kona town - This condo (only minutes away from Kailua-Kona town) however has sold me to the breeze, less traffic, logistics to all necessities, including trolley for the kids and more! I enjoyed morning walks to Keauhou Bay!!! Simply great! We go to Kona every year - I will seek to stay here again as my family loved it and we all can not wait to return - Mahalo for everything!!

We LOVE this island!

First time on the Big Island after doing Maui for the past 20 years. What a wonderful vibe. The condo was clean and comfortable and the lanai is great for watching the sun disappear into the ocean. Very convenient to groceries (1/4 mi) and the Sheraton (1/2 mi) for manta ray sightings. The only improvement would be beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella for visits to the water.

Great Location with Amazing View

I had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and is also located near a shopping center that has a few restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. Everything was very clean and I can't say enough about the wonderful view from the lanai. I love to snorkel and the condo is located very close to some great snorkel beaches. I would definitely recommend this condo if you're looking to be close to downtown Kona but don't want to be so close to the main drag.

It was nice and quiet and we usually had the pool and hottub to ourselves. There was no air-conditioning in this unit. I don't think many Kona condo have air-conditioning though. It was hot during the day but we had a few fans blowing in the house.

The lani is great, however the grill was so dirty we had to clean it before it could be used. The condo had everything we needed. The sinks are hard to clean. But other than, the stay was without any problems or complaints. We had one issue with the blind outside(it would not roll up and down properly) and they came and fixed it the next day. Excellent service from the management company. Thank you so much. We would definitely return.
