Profitez de l'atmosphère relaxante de notre maison de 5000 pieds carrés décorée avec goût ou rafraîchissez-vous dans la merveilleusement grande piscine de 50 pieds. La maison dispose de 3 chambres king et 2 chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux dans chacune. Il y a cinq salles de bains au total avec trois suites, une principale pour les 2 chambres lits jumeaux et une à l'étage inférieur. Une tanière à l'étage inférieur porte la capacité totale de couchage à 10. La grande cuisine est le rêve d'un chef avec des appareils en acier inoxydable haut de gamme, y compris un four à double paroi, des comptoirs en granit et un grand îlot avec une cuisinière intégrée. Parfait pour des vacances divertissantes!

    La maison est située à distance de marche de la plupart des commodités, y compris le Kona Golf and Country Club, le centre commercial Keauhou, les restaurants, les supermarchés, la pharmacie, les magasins de plongée, la location de kayaks et le cinéma. We enjoyed our lovely one week stay.Plusses: sharp kitchen knives-lots of storage containers, pool toys, coolers, snorkeling gear, shade umbrellas, spices and seasonings. The pool furniture was in good shape and having beach towels was a must. The ping pong table was a nice addition.I called maintenance about two issues: very loud dishwasher which may be about ready to die and a cracked shelf in the refrigerator.The woman was so nice and friendly, but I declined sending them to the house. Just for future renters.The lawn care people were unobtrusive and friendly.David, our concierge was very helpful and was able to send information on so many things to do-we ran out of days.I would definitely recommend to families needing a large home. We were sad to leave, but alas, we must go home.Mahalo!

The house was very clean, quiet, and spacious. It was close to the ocean and destinations. The concierge service was responsive and quick to respond to any needs we had. Pool was great with lots of toys for the kids. The garage was full of extras - chairs, snorkeling gear, etc. We would definitely come back to this location!

Amazing home and pool

Home was perfect for our trip. Kids and adults loved the pool. I was worried about it not being heated cause I don’t like cold water, but the pool temp was perfect! Close to shopping, activities and public beaches. Highly recommend!

Great venue for entertaining our group!

Fabulous porch and living areas. We actually had two houses and this became our gathering spot - so very perfect! we were able to do a couple dinners with everyone. Also, very walkable to some gorgeous scenery and not far from everything we needed.

Close and central to most all activities. Kids and adults had a great time in the pool as well as the local bays. Overall a most excellent experience here in Kona.

Great Place Exceeded Expectations

This was the best rental we've ever done. Place was great, fully accommodated six adults and four grandkids with beds and baths for all. Excellent indoor and outdoor dining. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and very private. All-in-all, couldn't have had a better stay. Very quit and peaceful.

Property was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well equiped and was nice to have an outdoor grill. Kids had a blast in the pool as the adults relaxed poolside, keeping an eye on them. We all enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful home

Loved the home. Pool was great. Plenty of spcae for 10 people. Frogs were very loud at night and the A/C was locked up and we could not use it. Otherwise our stay was terrific.

Wonderful home!

Close to the bay, grocery store is less than a mile away with Hawaiian ice next door! Pool is amazing, very roomy, comfy beds. There is a market at the outrigger weds/fri 9-2 that is an easy 10 minute walk away. There is AC units, they are locked out, it is manageable but would sure be great to use it at night. Can’t say enough about this wonderful home!

wonderful family house

Our family of 8 had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and open space to spread out. We enjoyed the pool every day and outdoor space was easily accessed and provided plenty of seating for our group. The mango tree provided fruit for every breakfast and was delicious! Even though there was no ac and we were staying in late July the many windows and ceiling fans and pool kept us cool. Just a suggestion...beach chairs were sparse and more would have been appreciated. We would recommend this great family home to everyone. The Owens Family!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

Our party of 9 had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. We spent several hours every day on the Lanai. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was refreshing. Thanks to other reviewers and the listing, we knew that we wouldn't have AC. The good news is that we didn't need it since we were staying over in the winter. We made use of the beach supplies and were grateful they were available.

Family holiday 2023

This property more than exceeded our expectations. It was so beautiful with the gardens in the backyard. We would sit on the lanai listening to the birds. You couldnt see the neighbours because of all the vegetation. The house was large and roomy for the nine of us. It was all modern and aesthetically beautiful. There was lots of things to help us enjoy our vacation - coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, games. We didnt want to go home!

Almost Perfect

This house was almost perfect for our family trip. The kitchen was well appointed for the "chefs" in our group. The bedroom and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The lanai and pool area were wonderful. With all that being said, the almost perfect title comes from the lack of air conditioning. There were plenty of fans, but during the day when we were not there to keep all the windows open, the heat was hard to dissipate for the evening. We understand the cost, but the accumulation of humidity and heat cannot be good for the gorgeous home and furnishings.

Wifi doesn’t work nor does the TV. My guests tried forever to get them to work. No view. No jacuzzi. TONS of emails from this property manager, but never responded to an email that I sent. Great location. Beautiful house inside. Very clean. NO WIFI!!!

Stunning property that exceeded our expectations

We were blown away the moment we walked in the door. House was spotless and impeccably maintained. The enormous great room leading to the lanai via a 20 ft. wide sliding door was impressive. The house's layout, furnishings, and decor were ideal. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed 10 comfortably. The backyard oasis was perfect. The listing pictures don't do it justice, and they are very impressive pictures! Pool water was ideal, probably low 80's and the large and private back yard had enough sun and shade to make everyone happy. I can't say enough good about this home, it was the icing on the cake for our family trip to Kona. Thank you!

Very nice house and pool, but needs A/C

This is a very nice house in a convenient neighborhood. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and 3 children ages 5, 10 and 2. Plenty of room for us, and the pool was really wonderful. Also beautiful landscaping. Only "complaint" (although we knew this from other reviews when we rented) - without air conditioning, this house is very hot in the afternoon and evening. There are numerous fans but that is not enough at least in the summer when we were there. Normally sleeping was OK as the temp would lower by bed time, but it was not comfortable in the house from mid-afternoon to about 9:00 at night. House really needs to have A/C fixed. and available.
