Ocean-View Condo at White Sands Village #216, Steps From Magic Sands Beach!

Welcome to White Sands Village, # 216! Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully air-conditioned condo. Located just across the street from Magic Sands beach, along the iconic Alii Drive, this new, completely remodeled condo has all the amenities you could need! Smart TVs, high-speed internet, workstation, ocean and beach views, and more!

Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.

Upon entering unit 216, you will see the bedrooms on each side. To the right, the guest bedroom with brand new twin beds (can be made into a king bed, upon request), smart tv, and plenty of room to unwind. The primary bedroom features a stunning ensuite, a brand-new king bed, smart tv, and a tranquil bathroom and shower. From the bedrooms to the communal area, you will love the beach-chic serenity. After the guest bathroom in the hallway, you will reach the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, and cookware. It opens to a breakfast nook and the dining area. Unwind while on the couch after a long day or run your business remotely from the workstation. You will want to spend your evenings watching the sunset on the private lanai. Watch the waves crash on the beach and enjoy the shade after a long day of adventures.

Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor. There is also a set of steps to take you from the elevator to the unit making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not childproof. This home has central AC.

As of 6/4/23 air conditioning is under maintenance for approximately 6-8 weeks as we are awaiting parts.

***At this time the tennis courts located within the complex are not usable as they were undergoing renovation and the work had to be stopped to research possible archeological impacts of the project. We are sorry for any inconvenience.***

**The Hawai'i County Department of Parks and Recreation closed La'aloa Beach Park (the closed parking lot including the cultural sites along the water that are across from the Keauhou Bldg driveway). The south end of Magic Sands Beach Park is also closed for construction improvements. Both projects will run concurrently and are expected to be completed in approximately 7-8 months. The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Clean and adorable.

This had to be the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. So cute and everything was organized and worked perfectly. On the historic Ali’i drive close to cute shops and food. Definitely eat at Da Poke Shack and Black Rock pizza.

Beautiful condo, picture on ad depicts the actual place. Kitchen nicely furnished and all rooms have the essentials. Location is perfect, quite enough but everything is close by. I’d definitely recommend this place.

So Disappointing!

We booked this condo for a relaxing couple's vacation. We arrived to find that there were no curtains or drapes in both bedrooms, which face the walkway outside. Instead, there were broken vertical blinds that left big gaps and no privacy. We ended up hanging a sheet over the window - not a great way to start your romantic beach vacation! The next morning, we woke up to the sound of jackhammers and construction equipment. Upon further investigation, we found out that Magic Beach Park across the street is under construction for the next several months. Huge bummer, as we chose this condo due to the proximity to Magic Beach - it currently looks nothing like the photos are posted on VRBO. The VRBO add mentioned that the White Sands tennis courts were under construction - there was no notice that the "beautiful beach" across the street would be a construction site. Construction noise could be heard on the lanai and at the pool, along with a lot of road noise from Alii Drive. We ended up staying in a hotel for a few nights during the week to get away from the noise. The redeeming quality of this unit is the spacious lanai, which could be enjoyed at night and on the weekends when there was no active construction. Big disappointment!

Simply perfect!!

It's everything we had hoped for and more! Great location with beach access right across the street, close to restaurants and shopping area. Love the keypad for entry so you don't have to worry about keys when going to the beach. They had everything we need in the kitchen for cooking and eating, provided shampoo/conditioner, etc, beach amenities like beach chairs, cooler, snorkeling kits, beach mats and beach towels, and laundry soap! We also loved the welcome goodies they left in the fridge and printed instructions. Robyn from CBI Vacations was absolutely amazing. She checked in on us to make sure we are good to go. Thanks again for having us stay in your beautiful condo. Can't wait to return already!!

Perfect location, all you need

Really nice condo, comfortable and well appointed. Stocked with initial necessities (soap, garbage bags, detergent, etc). Great location, Magic Sands beach is across the street, the condo has boogie boards, chairs, noodles, etc. Teenagers enjoyed being able to just pop down to the beach at any time. 7 min drive to Kailua village, so close to things but not surrounded by crowds. Nice quiet location. Clean pool. Had a package sent to me here and the property manager was great about coordinating the delivery. Would recommend a stay here and would not hesitate to return. Great experience.

Perfect!

The condo is perfect! It has everything you need to feel right at home, including beach chairs and a cooler. The only thing it was missing was a beach umbrella, but we managed without it. It's right across the street from the beach, you can watch the sunset right on the lanai. The location is great, close to everything but also far away enough from everything so its quiet. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

Look no further! This is perfect!

Our family (2 adults, 14yoM, 11yoF) LOVED this property! The property has clearly recently been remodeled. Everything seemed brand new including appliances and in perfect working order. The primary suite has a walk in shower with a seat, perfect for shaving legs. The second bathroom has a full tub, perfect for baths. The kitchen is nicely equipped for those inclined to cook (like us) and includes many small appliances including a blender, rice cooker, etc. The property is across the street from Magic Sands beach which is amazing for boogie boarding and body surfers. It was our favorite beach, but may not be ideal for younger children as the waves can be pretty powerful. There ya covered parking and the pool is nice, if small. It’s a quick 10 minute, shoreline drive to shopping and dining. Grocery shopping is also easily and quickly accessible at Walmart Target or Safeway. Stay here before others find out what a jewel this property is! It will be hard to book in the future! 10/10 Would stay here again!
