    Appartement de luxe à la Casa De Emdeko : TRÈS spacieux, entièrement rénové, situé dans ce complexe en bord de mer. Appartement de 920 sq ft aménagé avec goût. Vue sur l’océan depuis la spacieuse véranda couverte (lanai), vue sur la piscine et les jardins tropicaux ! Agencement ouvert, avec une cuisine spacieuse.

    Les propriétaires ont ajouté des toilettes séparées en 2025 ! Profitez d’une salle de bains commune en plus de celle adjacente à la chambre. Une caractéristique VRAIMENT unique des appartements de Casa De Emdeko ! !

    Casa De Emdeko dispose également de l’une des rares piscines en bord de mer où vous pouvez nager et profiter du chaud soleil hawaïen tout en observant les baleines ou les dauphins jouer, selon la saison de votre séjour. Les palmiers qui se balancent sur notre espace privé de détente sur le sable, au bord de l'océan, offrent de magnifiques couchers de soleil et procurent un sentiment particulier de sérénité. La cabane très prisée, les barbecues et les tables de la véranda sont parfaits pour organiser des repas entre amis et se faire de nouveaux amis venus du monde entier. Cuisine et salle de bains rénovées ; la salle de bains dispose d'une grande douche à l'italienne ! Accès à une machine à laver et à un sèche-linge dans la buanderie commune du complexe, mais pas à l’intérieur du logement lui-même.

    Table de cuisine et de salle à manger, grand salon offrant une vue imprenable ! Emplacement idéal, au deuxième étage, à proximité de l’ascenseur, avec toutes les commodités à portée de main. Our Stay at the Casa

The condo was roomy and met our needs. It was a short drive to downtown and a good launching pad for exploring the Island. The kitchen provided all the amenities we needed. It was nice to barbecue while overlooking the ocean and eating in the outdoor patio area.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The development that the property is in is well maintained. The two pools and grounds are well kept. The fridge in the unit has several problems. The ice machine & water dispenser doesn’t work. And most importantly, the fridge gets too cold no matter what temperature setting you set it to - 38 degrees, 39 degrees... the vegetables, drinks we bought just froze or wilted. TV connection to WiFi keeps disconnecting. The sliding door to lanai has a broken handle, the curtain rods to lanai keeps coming apart. I would recommend the development, but will not go back to the same unit.

Loved Big Island!

Very nice apartment with beautiful grounds and fantastic swimming pools! Gated parking was a fantastic bonus and the location was perfect for a launch pad to explore the island! Short walk to town, close to shopping beaches and airport. Unit was stocked with everything we needed (except coffee, but that was forgiven, just make sure to grab some from KTA first thing if you are a coffee addict). Comfortable bed, the cooler got a lot of use, enjoyed drinks on the patio!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time, the rental was very clean and welcoming. I wish it would have had some things like a washer and dryer, even though it was provided for cost, it would have been nice. And the fix for the shower drainage, it just needs a grate drain put by the opening and it wouldn’t hold water so badly in that area. Also, one other thing would be some beach chairs to take to local beaches. But overall we loved the place!!

We listened to the birds as we sat on the deck each morning with the beautiful landscape and ocean views. The pools were nice and clean. The ocean front lounge chairs were great for reading and listening to the ocean. The owner of this unit was SO gracious providing foils, pool noodles, spices, cooler bag. The bed was comfortable and shower head was great. The mgt company provided very accurate information and were responsive. We couldn't have asked for more!

Great stay in 230

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks; we felt right at home. The remodeled bathroom is very nice, the space was good, and the lanai was amazing. You have a nice filtered view of the ocean, a swimming pool outside in the courtyard, and palm trees swaying everywhere. We had three in our party, and we had plenty of space. Communication with Knutson and Associates was easy; check-in and check-out were easy. As far as the condo goes, it has everything you need to feel like you're at home: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and seasonings. The only recommendations I would have for the owner or the managing company are to replace the mattress on the couch, as it is very flimsy and hard for a 16-year-old boy to sleep on. Also, the air conditioning sweated so badly it dripped the entire two weeks we were there; we had to put bowls down for the condensation. We notified the management company, and that's all we could do. The two pools were great; the one by the ocean is a saltwater pool, and the one in the main garden is a freshwater pool. It was nice to wake up in the morning and swim in the saltwater pool and then go to the freshwater pool to rinse off. We were lucky enough to be in the saltwater pool when the waves would crash over into the pool. The owner has supplied many beach and adventure items in the house and in the storage outside the front door: snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, towels, mats, coolers—anything you would need for a good time is already there.
