    NOTRE TEMPS DE RÉPONSE AUX ENQUÊTES EST MOINS D'UNE HEURE!
    Capacité d'accueil de 4 personnes confortablement dans 2 lits queen, douche à l'italienne dans les deux salles de bains, appareils haut de gamme et cuisine entièrement équipée. Wifi gratuit et téléviseur à écran plat. Situé au 2ème étage avec un vol d'escalier. Le parking se trouve juste en face de la cage d'escalier. Alii Villas bénéficie d'un emplacement central entre Kona et Keauhou.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and loved the open-concept layout, which let us enjoy the sound of the waves throughout the space. We were supplied with plenty of towels, and the big washer and dryer came in handy with all the beach visits.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent the property was very clean and it was well-equipped with everything we need. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning wichwoyld have been appreciated during the warmer days. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you See you again

Stunning views from the lanai in a lovely complex close to shops, restaurants, and good snorkeling.

Loved this spot! The space had everything we may need and was relaxing with gorgeous ocean views!

Family Getaway

Perfect home for week long stay in Kona. The property had everything we needed and a wonderful lanai that looked out over the ocean. Perfect location, central to everything we needed. We’d love to stay here again!

Our family stayed for Christmas break and this property was amazing! Nice view, large balcony, clean, convenient and hassle free. Definitely recommend.

Located about 1 mile from shops and restaurants. Great location in the complex. Lanai was perfect for eating and lounging! Unit had all the essentials and then some to cook.

Great location and unit!

Our vacation to Kona was wonderful, largely in part to this wonderful condo. Looking at the water first thing when we woke up, to sunsets on the lanai each night, we couldn't have had a better view. Additionally, the condo was super clean and the BBQs, pool and grounds were maintained excellently. Would re-book.

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the view from the lanai and the living space out there. My daughter liked the big pool. We used the beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels when we drove down to various beaches. We did use the ceiling fans and kept the front door open at night to allow the breeze to flow through. The Big Island tour books under the TV were helpful for reading about places we wanted to visit. Sometimes the WiFi would loose Internet connectivity if we were playing Pandora and using our phones and laptops simultaneously. I’m not sure if this was a cause as the WiFi signal was strong. It could have been the Internet Service Provider. Anyways the Internet connection would eventually come back. All in all, we were very happy with the condo and the way it was setup.

This property and unit were excellent. We travelled as a family of four- 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We could easily walk to snorkeling spots, beaches and the town of Kona. The parking spot is very convenient, just outside the door. The unit was clean and well stocked with all you need for cooking. The Lanai was private and had an amazing view of the ocean. We kept the glass doors open our entire stay we could hear waves crashing on rocks 24/7. Although the pool in the photos doesn’t belong to the property the pool available to this property is bigger and just fine. I highly recommend staying at this property and definitely this unit was probably one of the best on the property!!!

Great Unit with Outstanding View

This unit is located on the ocean side with a wonderful lanai perfect for ocean views, including the dolphins that visited and put on a wonderful show. The unit is a 2nd floor walk-up with 2 bedrooms, full stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. It is walkable to "downtown" Kona, but a car is necessary for visiting the rest of the island.

Great Location- very comfortable

Great location - although pool outside lanai is not our pool - no A/C was really a bummer. Would only not stay here due to that. Very hot & humid during our stay and not as breey at night as it was with my last visit to Kona.

Mixed Feelings

*Be aware that the pool in the photo is not one that you can use * The house was clean and comfortable and provided easy access to kona and west coast. The views were spectacular. We were just extremely disappointed with the pool situation as we had booked it in part for that reason. There is another pool you can use, away from the ocean and not visible from the condo. Still, overall we were pretty happy

First Hawaiian Trip

The property was great. Beautiful and comfortable with all amenities needed. We do feel it could have been cleaner. A lot of old dust - counter tops (kitchen and bathrooms) did not feel clean. Fans loaded with dust. Washer had mildew. Cupboards , drawers, and all surfaces could use a thorough cleaning. Aside from that it was spectacular!!!

Peaceful views

Great location. Easy walk to Kona. It was muggy while we were there and air conditioning would have made sleeping at night easier, but we did get some nice breezes through the unit. We did use the fans that were provided. Unit has nice selection of kitchen supplies. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. We did see dolphins in the cove one morning. There is a pool directly under the balcony but it belongs to the condo property next to Alii Villas. It was occasionally noisy but always quiet after 9 PM.

This condo is closely located near downtown. The view from the lanai is great. The condo itself needs help. The towels have to be about 10 years old. They were so heavy, stiff and gross. Stunned that they have not been replaced. The beds are bad. We all slept terribly, they were very Stiff and our mattress was sagging in some spots. The linens were pilling, and you can tell the comforters aren’t washed after each guest. All the drawers throughout were dirty. Either had crumbs or hair in them.The pocket doors to the master bedroom had dust caked on them. We paid an extra $200 to use the condo for the day because our flight wasn’t until 9:00pm. Totally worth it. Dawn the Property Mgr. was short and not friendly. Will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

Cute condo. Well appointed.

Enjoyed staying here. The condo itself is well appointed. Plenty of cookware and supplies to cook meals with. Has all the usual things you would expect-plenty of towels, some games, stereo, smart tv, etc. Basically if you like to hang out and relax in the condo a lot you'll be comfortable. There are a couple of "buts" though. 1. Bed is a tad small if you're used to a Queen/King. Perfectly fine and reasonable comfortable. 2. The pool you see from your lanai is for the complex next door FYI. Some people might want a little more privacy. Also, it can be a little noisy if there are kids playing in the pool. Didn't bother us all that much but should be noted if you're looking for a quiet and secluded location. 3. Speaking of the Lanai-you do get a great view of the water and it has comfortable furniture. We ate there mostly soaking in the atmosphere. Overall I'd say it was worth the money. P.S. Ali'i Dr is a busy road with narrow shoulders and a bike lane with no real walking path so heads up if you intend to walk down to Kailuna-Kona and the pier.
