From the furnished oceanfront lanai, you can sit and watch waves roll in, enjoy colorful sunset sky's, and, in season, spot Humpback Whales frolicking offshore. Inside, the condo features an open main living space designed for comfort and easy island living. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, whether you're starting the day with coffee on the lanai or winding down with dinner after a day on the beach. The private bedroom offers a quiet retreat, and the full bathroom is conveniently located with access from both the bedroom and main living space. An elevator ride brings you down to the onsite oceanfront swimming pool, making it simple to spend time lounging in the sun. Located in Kahana, the condo is just a short drive from the beaches, restaurants, and golf courses of Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua, giving you convenient access to some of the best spots on the island while still enjoying a relaxed oceanfront setting.

Royal Kahana is currently experiencing an electrical power outage, and the air-conditioning system remains out of service due to damage to its components. AC restoration is tentatively estimated for October 31, 2026, but this date is not confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
