Indulge your culinary desires in the fully remodeled kitchen, equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Project started on 7/20/26 and is estimated to take 3-4 weeks to complete. Contractors will need brief access to each unit to drill holes and install exterior conduit. Work began on the 1 stack, proceeded to the 2 stack and will continue until the 10 stack is completed.
>Lanai/Spalling Repairs on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor units.
Estimated start date 8/17/26 starting on the 4 stack (units 104, 204, 304) and moving to the 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 stack, then moving onto the 1, 2, 3 stacks if necessary.
Scaffolding and ladders will be set up in front of the units requiring repairs. The work is noisy as they will be grinding into the concrete surface of the building, then patching and painting as needed. If damage is noted on the higher floor units, they may be added to the repair schedule.
