This property was remodeled in 2020.

Kaanapali Alii has long been considered the most premiere condominium resort located directly on Kaanapali Beach! You can walk along the board walk or simply stroll down the beautiful white sandy beach to visit any of the area resorts and take advantage of all the fabulous restaurant choices and evening entertainment. The famous Whalers Village is only a short 7min walk where you'll find most of the more popular restaurants and hangouts, not to mention the incredible variety of some of the best boutique shopping on Maui. With the world famous Black Rock within walking distance for world class snorkeling, and surf/paddle board rentals along the walkway, Kaanapali Alii is perfectly located for your next vacation!

Lovely Unit, Great Communication from Owners

Everything was exactly as described. We also asked in advance about baby equipment and the owners responded promptly and with all relevant details.Our only issue was that the actual person who made the reservation (me) was not present at check in. Even though we had supplied all of the names of folks who were staying in the unit -- and we all had the same last name -- the staff at the front desk would not let them check in without contacting me (I was not reachable) or the owners.

Kaanapali paradise

Great location and accommodations. Close to everything. Check in process 4 stars versus 5 stars because the front desk doesn't really manage this property so was a little back and forth waiting for room to get cleaned. We got in at 415pm so not bad. Only thing I would say could be improvement (isn't the condo problem) is the parking for large SUVs. The inside garage is only place you can park and if you have a large SUV very limited spots and very tight parking. The outside areas have like a 6' clearance so you can't park outside....Other than that (minor) a fabulous stay and we would certainly rent again....mahalo

Perfect condo and property!

We absolutely loved our stay and were wishing we could stay longer!! The location was perfect and the view was beautiful! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We walked to Whalers Village everyday for coffee, shaved ice and shopping. We even watched the luau at the Westin from our balcony one night. I will book this exact condo if we ever get to come back.

Great condo! Very clean and great view of the ocean. My family has made many trips to the Ali'i grounds over the years. Can't beat the location- steps from the pool and beach, short walk to Whaler's Village, and short walk to Starbucks at the Westin next door. Love it!

Great Stay

The condo was so clean and quiet and much more spacious than we expected. Location was great. The only thing we did not know was that the pool view from the pictures are not Kaanapali Alii. A little disappointed about the pool, but over all was a great trip. We had many great shows from the Luau from the balcony. Pretty great! The owners were great to communicate with and had no issues with that. The garbage disposal decided not to drain and the sink backed up at one point, however, one of the ladies in our group fixed it. Great trip

Amazing Stay

This unit was perfect for our family (3 adults and 2 young kids). It had everything listed, an amazing view, plenty of space, and a bonus that it overlooks a luau that you can listen to most nights while you enjoy your dinner on the patio :) The amenities were amazing and I highly recommend getting a massage or two at the spa. We plan on coming back and staying here again :)

Anniversary getaway

We all loved the Kannapoli Alli. Its very peaceful here and we loved laying out by the pool as it was not crowded at all. Our condo was on the 9th floor and we had great views of the Westin Luau. We will definitely be back!

Amazing view

Well, within 30 seconds of walking in we were watching humpback whales breech. How’s that for a welcome? Beautiful place. Tons of space. Everything you need. It’s high enough above the tree line to have a view of everything. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
